    Pros +

    • The private beach and location were the best aspects.
    • As soon as we arrived, we were immediately struck by the elegance of the building, completely white, contrasting with the stunning colors of the sea in front. Impeccable service and a bright room. Ideal for a holiday of total relaxation
    • The location was superb, staff were amazing and the food was delicious

    Cons -

    • The air conditioning in the room never worked properly. The staff were not very friendly and were rigid with our check out time. The front desk was also very hard to reach by phone. We would have to call 4-5 different extensions to find someone.
    • They accidentally took my own beach towel(was very similar to hotels) and could not find again. There is no attempt to fix this issue. I left to hotel with losing my towel
    • Deluxe double room we had was actually quite small with a small balcony unlike images on website. The pool was only waist height which meant you couldn’t really swim in it!!

Very good location, next to multiple gorgeous beaches and the lighthouse Staff was nice

The property needs some renovationThey should offer more food options (not only during breakfast)

The staff were good to deal with.

Unfortunately I don’t think this is a 5 Star property and felt it was overpriced for the experience we had. Our shower door broke off completely on day 1, the bathroom was tiny and smelled odd, thumping music most nights, limited food options if you weren’t on the set meal plan, challenging parking, and overall starting to date.

Was a great location, on the beach, beautiful clean water, swimming pool was also great. We did half board, worth it I think, was much else around. We were upgraded, thank you ??

Only 2 things, beds super hard and air conditioning wouldn’t cool, so a little uncomfortable at night.

Location with access to the sea. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Old fashioned. No iron. Small room.

    6JodyPosted on: 8-27-2024

The pools and guest only access to beach and free loungers, though could book and pay for loungers close to the water.

Rooms were small and not as booked.

    Good

bad loud music at the pool thru the speakers controlled by the reception

    Great location, beautiful beach

General manager talked to us in a rude and arrogant manner. A lot of hotel areas need to be renovated. Price too high for the quality provided.

    - location! If you travel during peak season you are at the best spot. The hotel is right in the beach and sunbeds are included. We made few attempts to visit other beaches but the crowed is insane and you have to fight for parking and pay enormous fee for sunbeds. You do need a car however - the hotel is not in the town and if you want to eat out it’s not possible to walk anywhere. I heard they offer shuttle but we did not use it - it’s probably the first ever hotel where we did not struggle finding sunbeds regardless of the time - well planned - the infrastructure of the hotel is in general quite well organized - not huge hotel, quite cozy and has everything The pools are beautiful although quite shallow - I liked the quietness of the hotel - no loud music, no crazy entertainment, aqua aerobic and all that. If you want this - choose different hotel - I liked the cleaning service - they always came twice and the room was very well cleaned. You also don’t need to bother about your towels etc - you can leave it anywhere and you always get a new one

    - the hotel is quite outdated. This I think they charge a lot considering this fact. It was not too bad but the decoration, airco, facilities were not up to the standard of 5 stars. - the food (breakfast) was real disappointment again considering the 5 star rating. We had same tasteless food every morning and nothing was good - including coffee. In the beginning we wete considering half board and I am glad we did not take it. We heard the dinner was 60eur pp and we were shocked with the price (however we realized that prices are quite high around the place anyway but at least you pay for superb quality)

The views, pool, pool bar, and access to the beach is excellent. Beach chairs do have to be reserved in advance, and are 15-25 euros a day. We were able to get an umbrella and chair no problem. Food is a priority for us when we travel. Breakfast had good variety, good coffee, but quality of the food was average. Lunch was a bit better, but also average. We did not have dinner here.

The rooms are quite old and ours smelled of mildew. The bedding and towels seemed clean, yet smelled of vinegar and are a bit on the older side. For a “luxury” experience, this is not it. When we spoke with the front desk about the smell in the room, they were mostly understanding and had someone come clean it again right away, but the smell seemed to be beyond a daily cleaning. They brought us a complimentary bottle of champagne and cookies and they were not able to change our room to a room with better airflow because they were fully booked.

The pool & beach infrastructure is amazing

The gastronomic offer in the hotel is quite limited. The choice and quality of food at the beach bar is quite below a 5* standard. Luckily there is the Martini Beach Bar next to the hotel.

Beautiful service and hotel staff were wonderful. The bathrooms a little outdated but most hotels in Sardinia are. The shuttle takes to town that’s nice touch.

    Problems with my cold/hot water

    - beautiful view and sandy beach, good location- special thanks to Giovanni ( waiter at breakfast) because of his polite and kind behavior towards us! - good breakfast- beautiful garden- lifeguard service

-wifi did not working properly in the rooms-it would be more comfortable if the transfer service to Santa Teresa Gallura would work after 7 pm as well to have a dinner with a glass of wine in the town without taking a taxi or own car.

    The location. The beach.

The schedule for dinner. Some of the employees but this happens already almost everywhere. Very poor english, even some of reception desk staff. One of the waiters team leader was pretty annoying/offensive and had a despising attitude towards us. We avoided him as much as possible, a very loud and noisy person... bathrooms with '1990's airx everything looks pretty old, not vintage. :)

Nice room with a balcony and view over the garden and swimming pool to the beach

This is our third visit to the same hotel, everything was as expected and as per our previous visits which, unfortunately, incudes the quality of the wifi which is just not adequate in 2024.

Wonderful service, location and atmosphere. Bedrooms were super comfortable and cleaned/turned down twice a day, lovely staff in all areas!

There’s not a great deal nearby but it youre happy to get the shuttle bus into town, it worked perfectly for us. It was a bit of shame the recommended taxi back for a 5-10 minute journey was 20-25 euros but was worth it for the wonderful restaurants in the town. Don’t attempt to walk back late. We only ate breakfast at the hotel which was very basic but good quality. The pools were stunning and we managed to find a quiet spot which was just ours next to a pool just for us. We had a wonderful time and would go back again

Outstanding location - beautiful pools; lovely sandy beach with amazingly shallow, clear blue water.View of the sunset from the room balcony was breathtaking !!

Shuttle service to town should stop later than 7.00pm (maybe 9.00/9.30)No complimentary tea/coffe in room.
