Pros +
- This was a beautiful place with a great view and fantastic entertainment. I can't even stop thinking about all of the amazing food, especially the croissants and the cappuccinos each morning.
- We were in Italy for more than two weeks and this was our favourite property to stay at. Excellent location, beachy vibe, fabulous breakfast buffet included, easy access to excellent hiking and our rooms were luxurious!
- We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Santa Teresa. From the moment we arrived, Caroline at the front desk made us feel at home — warm, hospitable, and even remembered our names throughout our stay. She kindly upgraded our room, which had gorgeous views. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to multiple beaches and scenic hikes. Breakfast was delicious, though I recommend going early to enjoy it in peace, as it can get a bit hectic around 9–10 AM.We stayed at more expensive and “luxury” properties across Sardinia, but this was hands-down our favorite stay. The combination of genuine hospitality, comfort, and location makes it truly special. Highly recommend!
Cons -
- We were at the property for the first few days of October, the weather was still sunny and hot during the day, but the pool was very cold. The sea was actually warmer than the pool. The only thing I would’ve changed is a slightly warmer temperature.
- Mostly minor complaints but... While the property was very new and well maintained, it felt a bit generic given the spectacular setting. I supposed that's what you get as a trade-off with the reliability of a larger hotel chain. Our room was very small but made up for it with a nice sized terrace. Not a ton of info given at check in with how the resort functions, we didn't know there was a beach that was part of the resort until the last day, for instance. Would've loved for the smart TV to be working. We did the half board and the food was ok but not amazing, but definitely in line with the very affordable value of the half board.
- The restaurant's customer service was severely understaffed and very slow. Perhaps consider not taking as many reservations if you don't have adequate staff?

Really beautiful location. Very new room and comfy bed. Resort overall is very new and well maintained. Views and pools were gorgeous and not difficult to get seating. Good service from restaurant staff, close to Santa Theresa but not directly in the town. Lots to do in the area within a 30 minute drive.

I went there with my future wife and the place was exceptional. We were blown away by the size of the rooms and the establishment. The whole experience was mostly positive aside from a few hiccups during one of our dinner reservations.

Location and furnishings
It seemed like the hotel had just reinvented itself and that there were still a few things to be ironed out I.e. staff training, cleaning of rooms and in room facilities. I’m sure though that as the season progresses it will become better and better
Beautiful view
Staff is rude and incompetent. Some of them don’t even speak English. Really not what one would expect for a 5 star resort. I was even told by a wait staff person called ‘Alessandro’ to go get my own chilled water at breakfast (even though chilled water is not available for self service). He walked away before I could even explain that to him.
Very relaxing vibes and comfortable property with really nice staff who upgraded us to a suite for our wedding anniversary
Some restaurant staff was a bit rude - two of ladies basically but nothing too major
Everything. We even got an upgrade. This was a pleasant surprise for the girls’ trip with my daughter.

Profesional staff, great service, very clean and beautiful facilities, a choice of pools, good breakfast buffet with wide selection of options.
The prices of the drinks and food in the pool were quite high for the alternatives in other places.
The location is superb, the hotel room very comfortable!
Breakfast quite below the expectations for a Hilton! I would say average, missing quality and freshness of the products!
Beds very comfortable and clean rooms. They made an effort to create an atmosphere with music during the evening which was nice. shuttle to the beach was great.
Staff were not always very competent. Depends who you spoke to. Food was ok. Lunch restaurant around the bar was not great.
Location and comfortable beds
Air conditioning in the room very weak and it was really hot so sleeping was hard. Staff was not really helpful at the reception when we asked for help ( early check in not possible even having asked it before arriving , sea tours office staff never available , Buffet restaurant opening at 7.30 PM once opened at 8 PM , a la carte restaurant was close for all 5 days of our stay )
We loved the privacy afforded by the hotel. LOVED the tennis court and lesson. The pool was ok, a little crowded. Staff were nice and cordial.
Check in took awhile. And we prepaid with booking, and they had to check with their accounting dept first upon check in.
Everyone is super polite and kind. Rooms are lovely and the breakfast is great. Restaurants in the area were great too and even the upmarket restaurants were decently priced
You need your own car to do anything. Being a resort there was no drinking water provided and the nearest shops were a 10-12 minute drive away. It's very far from Porto Cervo and other beaches. The food was BAD. Breakfast was nice but all the other food items tasted bad. Ingredients were fresh but inedibly bad. So in dire straits you can't eat at the hotel
We stayed at Mangia's to celebrate our engagement. Elena was very helpful in organising the perfect location to propose and also decorated the room as requested for our arrival. The facilities are top quality and staff very helpful. We could not have had a more perfect stay.
The price of food at the hotel is above average but not extraordinary. This can be expected for such a hotel. You also have the option to drive/taxi or bus to the town.
The breakfast was great and the pool and surroundings are lovely.
The service is below standard for this type of hotel and the drinks/food are overpriced and poor quality. We tried multiple times to speak to someone about local excursions to be told no one was available. When we were finally ably to speak to someone, we were told all excursions were sold out and no information was able to be given about alternatives.
Bad
The fact that they charged me 126€ two days after the check out! I paid at the reception 102€ bills for extras and then they charged 126€ without notifying. UNACCEPTABLE
the room
After a 2-hour drive from the airport to the hotel, we found out that our reservation was not in the system. We were forced to wait for someone to find a solution to this problem. Finally, we were checked in after the start of the day, what's more, it was not a room with a terrace for which we paid extra. Immediately after arrival, we also ate lunch, which was tasteless and the price was not adequate to the quality. After this meal, we decided to eat dinner outside the hotel. However, the unpleasant experiences did not end there. After one cleaning, there was such an unpleasant smell in the room that we asked for it to be cleaned again, which did not bring the expected result. It is also worth mentioning that the rooms were often not cleaned even until 4:30 p.m.The night before our return, which involved about 10 hours on the road, we were woken up twice at midnight by a fire alarm, which turned out to be an "error".When checking out we were asked to repay the hotel fee which was already prepaid when booking. If it weren't for our vigilance, we would have spent another 1,500 euros.Apart from individual employees, most of the staff could not communicate in a language other than Italian, which is ridiculous in a 5-star hotel. The only advantage were the views which made our stay more pleasant, but the location also left much to be desired. Apart from the additional costs of travel from the airport, you must also bear in mind that to get to the nearest town you need to travel by car.I would describe the stay as disappointing and the standards different from those we expected. The hotel definitely does not deserve 5 stars.
Magnificent view and super friendly staff
Small glitches in the room services which however are quickly addressed when staff is notified.
