- The dinner Buffett was not hot enough and the options were not inline with what the resort is trying to present to customers. The ambience was not pleasant at all. The hot food was sloppy and inconsistent.

all good
The breakfast buffet we had access to was perfect and had many portions that were fresh and service was great. The pool bar staff was very attentive and friendly.

The resort is absolutely great!First of all, I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong date, and the hotel manager helped us change it with no problem at all.The pool is amazing, the bar is great, and the service from all the staff members was exceptional! There’s a stunning beach with shuttles running every 5 minutes. The food was delicious, and the entire place is just beautiful. We were really sad we only booked 2 nights — we could have easily stayed for a whole week.Highly recommended!
Great resort with a beautiful pool and a stunning beach. Great for families if you plan to stay on the property it’s wonderful.
Food options weren’t that great but it was okay. We didn’t realize it was pretty far from main parts of the island and popular restaurants. It’s quite a drive to get there but great if you plan to just relax and enjoy your time at the resort.
The property is stunning very well maintained, the beach was very nice and not far from our room.
The 5 € to change your beach towel, guests should be provided a new towel everyday complimentary. I can understand if the guest changes out their towel during the same day.
- the hotel is new and everything looks wonderful. As a honeymoon gift they decided to upgrade us to a junior suite with sea view which was amazing. Among the most comfortable beds that we experienced. The room is fully equipped: the bathroom is beautiful, very spacious and functional. You have a safe to keep your goods locked. There're also vertical iron steamer, coffee machine, mini fridge and two smart TVs available.- breakfast is very good; there's great variety and the ingredients are high quality;- the hotel is clean, well looked after; - the staff is friendly and helpful;- they have a private beach which includes lounges for free; they also provide beach towels;- there are great activity options: tennis, padel, football, fitness center, pools;- they also had live music nights which was nice;- since the hotel is on a hill, they provide a train shuttle that can take you from reception/restaurants area to your room area; - they offered late checkout option;- free parking in a safe area;- wifi was very good.
- since the front two rows at the beach are paid, they are all usually empty. IMHO they can keep only one row paid if they really want to;- some staff at the restaurants are very dedicated while others are doing the bare minimum which was not a good look;
PIZZA Restaurant was excellent Rooms have a nice design
Hotel is understaffed and you can see the stress on the Team Reception can make you wait 30 min before they say hi Food is okay but limited options, if you are hungry after 2 till 7 good luck finding anything to eatRooms are nice as a design but not well cleaned commuting up and down is hectic with kids although they have a train (Hotel is on a hill - reception up while rooms down)Pools not super clean and even common areas are not super clean! This hotel can easily jump to 4 or 5 stars if they work on some essentials
Beach is the best, both pools awesome.
Best view and best beach ever. Also the staff member very polite and very nice people. Love everything there.
Very disappointing overallThe hotel facilities are in very good condition, including the rooms, pools and common areas. However, the service is far below expectations for a hotel of this category. Long queues of over 20 minutes at the pool bar, beach towels with an extra charge (€5 per change), beach restaurant closing already at 2:00 pm, parking far away with no assistance from staff, front-row sunbeds at €50, unfriendly service and even inappropriate behavior towards female guests. On top of that, check-out is at 10:00 am and guests are called at 9:30 to rush them out, with no option for late check-out.Despite the good facilities, the overall experience was very disappointing. Terrible service and zero hospitality
- big resort, many facilities- very nice beach (perfect water)- lot of excursions- diversified breakfast and food- live music at night
- too many stairs and lots of climbing (but there is also a shuttle available through the resort)- the rooms have little natural light
The hotel did an amazing job surprising my little one for her 10th birthday with balloons and a card cupcakes. THANK YOU!!!
The rooms air conditioning did not get cool enough. No matter how low we turned it down.
My stay at Mangia Sardinia Resort was truly excellent. The reception was very welcoming, and the service throughout the resort was outstanding. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, no matter where we were. The breakfast was excellent and very diverse, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The beach was absolutely fantastic – there is really no need to go to any other beach in Sardinia. I tried several others, but this one was by far the best.Room cleanliness was also impressive. The housekeeping team cleaned the room every single day and kept everything spotless. The nightlife was also excellent, with parties and entertainment every evening, especially around the pool area, which created a lively and fun atmosphere.Overall, this resort exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sardinia.
All the resort facilities are amazing, pools, beach, rooms. The staff were also really nice and helpful. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Loved the breakfast and dinner at Mediterra restaurant. I really recommend this hotel, it was the best one during my 15days of stay in Italy: Sardegna and Sicily.
Nothing, I liked everything.
The only good thing is the location and the beach.
From check in staff was not welcoming introduction to the resort was kept at minimum with the shortest time.I felt i was unable to request for anything during my stay.Service is EXTREMELY POOR.You have to wait along time i mean a very long time for simple things. Organization of the hotel is very poor, anything you want you have to get it yourself ( i wanted towels for the room, i was told to come pick it up from the reception, i asked for shower gel because the one in the room is empty, the request was done 11/08 at 7pm, i did not get the shower gel till this moment. The staff some were nice very very little are smiling the rest no smiling no help nothing..I cannot emphasize on how poor service is i am really shocked. In summary i felt like i had to accept what is there and not request ANYTHING i was not comfortable.Dinner at el granno was HORRIBLE (service) i requested bread 4 times i did not get it food came late and cold ( pasta) and this did not only happen in el granno but in every place of the resort.Reservation of the sunbeds is the biggest scam, i had to buy for the first row due to people coming very early in the morning to leave their towels and go back to their room. And apparently i had the right for a bottle of water when buying the first or second row, which i did not get i found out from a client in the resort….
The beach area was very nice. But you don’t need to stay at that hotel to enjoy the beach.
The property was enormous. Too big to feel in any way intimate. Also they have no food options at all during the mid day. They also won’t check in guests until well after 4 pm … no matter what time you show up. They charge you for daily beach towels.
The complex is truly beautiful, with well-maintained and elegant spaces. The rooms are comfortable and nicely kept.Great location, ideal for enjoying the surrounding area. Special thanks to Mohammed at the reception, one of the few staff members who showed genuine attention and professionalism. He witnessed the confusion we experienced and stands as an example of the kind of service the hotel could offer if better managed.
Staff appeared frequently understaffed, visibly frustrated, and not solution-oriented.Overall, the experience was marked by poor organization and a general lack of attention to the customer, which unfortunately undermines the quality of the otherwise beautiful property.
The room was big and clean.
The pillows were big and really hard. This is a big resort, it feels like an all inclusive resort. They don’t seem ready to accommodate all the people. We waited a long time at the restaurant to get one pizza. The restaurant was empty that night. There is no age restriction for the gym, it is a playground for kids. They should also have one pool for adult only.
The aesthetic of the room. The view, the location. The common areas and amenities were all beautiful.
The level of service was awful. Staff have a very bad attitude, are not helpful, and clearly are not well managed. Very disappointing.
