GH Diana Hotel

We liked the staff in the reception, especially Stella! The staff in the restaurant was really nice too! The breakfast was really good. The cleaning ladies were also really nice during our stay!

The location was longer than we expected & had a long hill up to the hotel. You need a car for this stay!

They lest metal post in the parking lot that damages my car and no one cared. Worst hotel !!!! Don’t go

The rooms are a bit dated and the bed linens and pillows weren’t the best.

Location was excellent, own carpark outside the hotel, breakfast was lovely with fresh batista made coffee, pool and loungers are a big plus

It definitely was not a 4 star hotel as it is advertised, however with the price we paid off season it was definitely worth it and we had a good stay. Could be made better with a complimentary water in room and more pillows. Air conditioning in room didn't help at all and it's only April- I can imagine summer being more difficult.

Very nice and clean.

Walking distance was a little far to downtown and the area is up and down streets. A little challenging. The sink releases methane gas because of the plumbing, seeing there is no trap to stop it. Always a bad smell. We used a shaving cream cap to block the drain and resolved the problem mostly. Lots of hotels in Sardigna have the same issue.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay - on reception and at breakfast. We were able to check in straight away despite arriving early. I am a coeliac, we let them know of this in advance and they provided lots of alternate options for me for breakfast (GF bread, crackers, muffins, rice cakes, madeleines etc), I felt very well catered for. We were able to borrow pool towels and stay at the pool a lot of the day after checking out, there were plenty of sun beds and umbrellas available. Amenities were fairly simple but expected for the price, the air con worked well keeping the room cool.

Wifi, wifi and wifi. There's good network coverage throughout but it just doesn't work. Feels like the whole wifi is powered by a 56K modem from the genesis of the Internet in 1995.

The staff are very friendly. Car parking is very accessible. Clean and tidy hotel.

Room acoustics are poor, you can hear people snoring in the adjacent rooms. Not what you want on a holiday.Breakfast is very basic given the cost at circa €250-€300 per night.Hedgerow is growing out over the footpath at the front of the hotel: Small thing, but indicative of the attention to detail.

A nice hotel, my room was very noisy though. Breakfast was good.

That they did not give us a room with a double bed and a single bed when we arrived and according to my booking, I had to argue to get it.

The staff was in large parte friendly . The swinming pool is nice. The breakfast is acceptable.

The room was not ready at my arrival around 10PM , was not particularly clean, at 11PM there was no hot water, the TV was no connected and not visible from the bed , one of the two bed light was without bulb, the refrigerator was Off and without even a botte of water.

Staff were amazing, pool was great, and the town square and beach ideal.

Rooms were very noisy, next door could be heard snoring, using the bathroom and every conversation heard.

With all my heart I recommend hotel Diana in Santa Teresa!! ❤️ I had a wonderful stay here, and enjoyed the beauty of this property 100%. The staff was so so lovely!! The room comfortable, the breakfast amazing (so much choice!!! Extra points for delicious coffee and soy milk ?) In the evening, after sightseeing we were always enjoying some drinks by the pool and yummy food. Overall, I would come back here in a heartbeat !!! Thanks to Ramon, Giuseppe, Carlo and the rest of the staff for being very friendly and helpful!!!! All the best? see you again one day!
