Great location, right near the beach and just a short walk (although uphill) to town. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was excellent!

Hotel was right on the beautiful Rena Bianca beach (although paid reservations required). Staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was huge and had vey tasty offerings. The hotel is quite large and often has large tour groups. Not a criticism, but an observation. Pool area nice. Parking lot on site was a nice plus.

Great location, walking distance to several nearby restaurants and stores. The rooms were large, and the AC was probably the best one we had the entire time while traveling in Italy, which is crucial during the summer months:)!!

The "gym/fitness" area could have been a little nicer or updated some, but not a big deal since we were walking a lot.

Fitness amenities practically non-existent. Very disappointed

Absolutely amazing stay! The staff are truly the best — so kind, welcoming, and attentive. You really feel cared for from the moment you arrive. The cleanliness of the room was on another level — spotless and fresh every day. And the breakfast? Exceptional — delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of variety.The hotel has a perfect location: close to the center, right by the beach, and set in a calm, scenic area. It’s both elegant and cozy, which makes it feel like home. I was unsure at first about visiting this area and kept changing my booking, but this hotel completely changed my mind. Their hospitality was outstanding, and they even gave us a room upgrade.It’s not just a place to stay — it’s a place to feel good. A real gem we’ll definitely return to!

Great location with parking if you have a hire car. Very close to gorgeous beach and a few minutes walk into town.

All the pillows were flat and hard unfortunately. I think this hotel should invest in updating their pillows as it’s not a big investment and will give customers a lot more comfort.

Perfect location, nice hotel, beach 2 min walk, 5 minutes to the town center. Nice room with balcony.

The beds were so comfortable, I slept really well. We had a fabulous view, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and a pleasure to look at.

There were two things I didn’t like 1) was the Wi-Fi .. we had a big flat screen TV but the Wi-Fi was not strong enough in the bedrooms to stream Netflix at night which was disappointing. I also thought the food could be improved. We were on half board but only ate at the hotel once.. the food in restaurants was better.

View from balcony was a bit limited but overall a great hotel.

Nice outdoor area and swimming pool. Bar staff were pleasant.

Quality of coffee at breakfast is poor. Had to keep window shutters closed all the times as room on ground floor facing parking lot. Didn’t state this at time of booking.

Staff were very welcoming. The location was great! Breakfast was nice - the standard Italian breakfast.

The room we had was on the ground floor close to reception, so was very noisy when people would walk past, especially when coming home late in the evening. Would not recommend these rooms.

Everything was amazing. Especially Antonio the Headwaiter and Giancarlo. The hotel is clean, it´s central. The staff is AMAZING. The food is great, the breakfast selection is good. A Really decent 4-star hotel.

The internet is a bit slow, if you might need that for work - but I guess it´s not needed anyway. For the power plugs, one USB or USB c additional would be good.

I basically loved everything, staff was lovely, friendly and very welcoming. The position of the hotel is great, 2 min to the beach Rena Bianca, which it's the best one in Santa Teresa. Breakfast has good variety of food. The size of the room is good with a nice balcony. I want to underline again how great the staff is !!
