I loved the pool and I loved the location. Being so close to Marinella di Sarzana I was able to swim in the sea and in a large, clean, quiet pool all on the same day. The facility was great, the entrance is large and welcoming. My room was perfect, large, clean, comfortable and cool. It was stocked with cold water and also tea and coffee for the morning. The bathroom was also spacious and clean and well stocked with lots of towels and toiletries. The bar was a pleasant surprise, my aperitivo was delivered to me poolside. Breakfast was also great! There were many types of food, sweet and savory, even cute little sandwiches, lots of variety. All staff I interacted with were also wonderful. I definitely recommend Locanda dell’Angelo.

The people were helpful And friendly. The air con was 5*. Nice pool and plenty of sun beds. Lovely gardens.

The mosquitoes, wished the pool opened before 10am so we could swim before it reached 35 degrees.

it wasnt in the citysilent place next to the road,with private parking next to the hotel. no body can see your car.good breakfast

Convenient stop off en route to Tuscany. Room was clean but pretty basic. Staff were friendly, good choice for breakfast

We loved our room which was upgraded to a suite with a bath in the room. Very spacious and clean. The staff was really friendly and went all out to help with any request we had. Drinks at the pool came with free antipasti. The large pool is situated an an enormous garden with plenty of shade and sunbeds. The location is ideal as it is really quiet but a short walk to the beach with its beach clubs and restaurants. Unfortunately many were closed as covid prevented them from opening profitably, but we had a lovely time, also because its ideally located to visit the five villages of Cinque Terre. Just a short drive via Spezia, and Locanda dell’Angelo certainly offers much more value for money than the hotels at Cinque Terre itself!

The only downside is that there was no bar to have a drink at night or at the pool. But the lovely reception staff is happy to take any orders and delivers them at your sunbed!

Very nice swimming pool and garden. Very clean, spacious location and perfect quiet atmosphere. Small but comfortable rooms.

Very noisy air conditioning system, it’s a problem during the night. Also the toilet made lot of noise all night long. No restaurant yet because not organized in time for covid rules they said... but they have big space outdoor to serve dinner safely! Also in the morning they serve you inside while there are tables and terrace outside.
