JUFA Hotel Altenmarkt-Zauchensee

Great breakfast. Location. Friendly staff.

Rooms are very basic. No too much space, no mini bar, tiny table to work on. Also, I expect guests can eat in the hotel restaurant but it was fully booked when we arrived around 7 pm. Probably none guests occupied tables?

We visited off-season, and the hotel only had a few guests. Our room had a single chair and a small table. There was plenty of room for another chair or larger table. We didn't understand why the receptionist did not automatically give us a similar or nicer room. The cleaning would have been the same either way. The breakfast was very good - more than we needed with so few guests.

Since the hotel had so few guests, it would have made a huge difference in our personal opinion if the staff had given us a choice of rooms.

Friendly staff. The breakfast was good, but boring, because everyday was same on the menu.

The dinner was ok, but it was too less for the price.

I forgot my eBook reader in the room. It was recovered by the staff and given to me when I was passing by the week after.

Incredibly poor internet connection. I almost could not connect using VPN to the office. Horrible experience.The parking capacity is not always sufficient.Breakfast offer slighlty below average.

When we arrived, the staff was very unpleasant. I go to Judy often and like it, but the staff here really spoils it, as they try to avoid work.A fully selected buffet in the morning. In the sauna, towels the size of children or plastic cups for hot tea.

Excellent hotel, in a great location. The rooms are large, extremely clean. The hotel staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent.

Sport facilities for kids and sauna, ski storage, hotel freshly renovated

Food might be better , sorry to say but plates for food are dirty quite frequently, not once

The location in the midst of Altenmarkt is perfect and being able to park right outside the hotel was very welcome. The room was quite large with a balcony and very quiet. Breakfast was good and we also enjoyed the large gym and the playing room.

The reception staff was not welcoming at all, in fact they were close to being unfriendly. The coffee at breakfast is worthy of improvement.

Very friendly staff and clean room. Hotel was very supportive making sure our son can eat gluten-free and enjoy his holiday.

The location is very good - close to the highway and to the supercharger. The restaurants near by was very good too. The room is big enough and was clean.

Beautiful location in a small and cute village. Really helpful and nice staff, free parking available. Clean rooms, good selection of breakfast and a lot of activities available such as sauna, basketball hall, gym, table tennis. Fair price and value proposition.

The wifi was really poor. Mobile network worked well.

We just stayed for one night as a stopover to our final destination (further south). For that purpose the Hotel was good. I personally would not consider the hotel for a family holiday.Parking was easy.Breakfast was good.The staff was very friendly.

The hotel was noisy (could hear neighbors), luckily around 22-23h the hotel was quiet.Facilities were a little aged.

We traveled for 14 hours and got very late to the hotel but we have been guided to get to the apartment after the reception closed very well .Very nice place,very helpful staff , lovely room and big variety for breakfast and amazing location highly recommended

Super clean, spacious rooms (Family of 4), playroom for children, basket & football court outside. Well situated. Super breakfast!

The breakfast was standard good, rooms clean even that one day the room was forgotten from the cleaning service to be cleaned.

The hotel had no extra pillows as they had in the room one per bad extra soft and as the hotel was full they had not enough to give second one which was not satisfied for us so we had to buy 2 peaces in the store and spend extra 70 EUR as the staff was not ready to find something even next day. There was also not enough parking space from the hotel side maybe 1/3 for the whole hotel capacity which is very negative so we had to spend every day at least 20 minutes to find somewhere else as the most parking lots in the town are private.
