- We had a perfect stay! We cannot recommend this place enough. Everything was great and on the higher standard. The food, the pool, the room. Everything was exceptional clean and the hotel is full of atmosphere in a beautiful surrounding. Thank you for having us we will definitely come back
- Breakfast is really rich and everyone will find something they like. Coffee/tea is free of charge.If possible, we strongly recommend you have dinner - it was a highlight!Great staff, always smiling and helpful even though we did not speak German.Clean hotel, rooms, wellness and the pool with a view - everything was spotless!Our room (suite) situated southwest had great views, was quiet at night and truly spacious.Parking is free and possible underground.High up on a hill but walkable, although a car is the best way to get to the hotel.Many possible routes in different directions so you always have something to do.E-bike rent is possible at reception.They have pet horses, llamas & rabbits. Great place for a family vacation we reckon.

- Car access to our room not possible, due to icy driveway; the salt bucket provided was empty. An unrelated request to talk to the manager was accepted, but we were not approached for over an hour - there was a problem with child(ren) screaming loudly in the neighboring room - there being only one door between the two rooms, and that door having a wide crack at the bottom...Surprisingly, there was no fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet, and no espresso drinks - this should be the norm at a 4 star hotel...Access to the hotel is up a relatively long, narrow hill road - only access to town is by car.
