Really inexpensive and clean

Requested 3 single beds but got stuck with one bunk bed. We 65 -70 year old ladies drew straws to decide who got to climb. Rooms are tiny!

Absolutely nothing

Room, very run down, toilet broken, bedlights didn't work, smelled of urine. Terrible. 2 star simple should not have to be dirty and smelly.

Clean , tidy and helpful staff . Very close to shops and restaurants which made it ideal .

Basic but clean and well equipped, good value and secure parking for motorcycles.

Room entry is controlled by code pads which sometimes took several attempts even though the correct code was entered

I hadn't realized that a budget hotel meant that you had to go outside to change your mind - it was such a tiny room with a bathroom in a cupboard and the airconditioning did not work - it was so hot.I would suggest no-one over the age of 21 spends time in this hotel - my husband and I are quite easy, but I would never book an IBIS budget hotel again

Needed updating lots of road noise no bar area only vending machines that were no good as we didn't have coins and didn't accept card payment

Comfy bed,quiet, free parking on site,close to lots of shops.

Room was clean and the receptionist and manager were very helpful.

The location. It's in the middle of a light industrial estate....about a 25 minute walk from restaurants etc.

Easy location

No room cleaning even when requested , 2 days with NO TOILET PARER IN MY ROOM , OR IN THE DISABLED TOILET, . I BOOKED A GROUND FLOOR REDUCED MOBILITY ROOM BUT ON ARRIVAL THERE WERE NO AVAILABLE AND WAS GIVEN A 1ST FLOOR ORDINARY ROOM. !. The room entry door was difficult to open , and re lock , key pad did not work , soap dispenser was not fixed to the wall , curtain rail was broked . ALL IN ALL NIL POINTS !

It's about 1.3 miles out of town and looks a little tired ,but the room was clean ,Shower was excellent,The bed was comfortable,and I was able to put my bike in the room and the breakfast was fine ,For the price I paid it was Spot On.There is a Hypermarket across the road with a good restaurant at cheap prices which helped.

After having issues with our room, the staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be.

I booked the room specifically for air conditioning, which was broken and exposed live wires were visible in the room. There were cobwebs on the windows, and the bathroom extractor was broken. The staff could not help.

Pleasant stay with shops and McDonald close by.

It was a bit difficult to find.

Shabby. Needs a bit of paint. Quite dear for the quality. Pillows really small and useless

Why were there no smoke detectors in the rooms?

A guest smoked in an adjoining room & the smoke was blown into our room via the ventilation system. We had to sleep with the window open.
