- Our stay was fantastic, we were a family of 5 . The hotel facilities were amazing we had lots of entertainment from the pool slides, the staff were very accommodating even though the hotel was very busy they remained calm and friendly. I am very surprised to see the previous comments were bad because our experience was more than we could ask for, but I suppose people only comment when things are bad and not when things are go which is unfortunate for business. I will definitely be returning with my family and have already recommended it to friends . Thank you for the hospitality:)

- Queues at reception took ages. Had to check in there, collect pool towels there and take them back there. Had to collect plastic glass tokens there. Spent more time queuing than doing. No hotel map available (very large hotel) only maps of resort. We were all inclusive.. and food is what you would expect for a hotel of hundreds of rooms with everyone eating at same time.. there was variety but no quality. All that said... Fortunately we were there for one night and we got what we paid for, as was very cheap.
