Absolutely loved this place. I would give it an 11 if I could. Exceptional value for money. Lovely pool. Gorgeous room. the gardens are beautiful and dinner on the terrace was fantastic. What more can I say? Also, the staff who were so helpful when I left my favourite dress hanging in the wardrobe. Let's just say I have it back now :)
Sarlat. Heaving with tourists. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat but Sarlat itself left me cold.

The room didn’t smell nice, both bedroom and the bathroom, a bit mouldy? Then opening the balcony door brought mosquitos in! Loud stomps from the room above, perhaps thin floor/ceiling…
Lovely hotel just a 10 minute walk from center Sarlat.We stayed on the 2 bedroom cabin next to the pool.We parked our car next to the cabin.Good airco.Dog friendlyGood swimming pool.Very friendly staff.Good stay.
The double mattress in the 2 bedroom chalet was too hard. We both woke up with sore shoulder.

The stairs up to the 2nd floor. If we stay again we will ask for one of the ground floor rooms.

Lack of controllable heating in the room which was cold. Only soap and no shower gel etc.
Best evening meal of our France road trip. We were going to eat in the village of Sarlat but decided to eat at the hotel and I'm glad we did. A small menu but delicious food.
The pool was quite nice.
Staff were a little strange and not entirely welcoming.We were put in their ‘chalet’ which is basically like a timber clad static caravan in the grounds. The room smelt like damp, and the decor was super basic. For the price I expected a lot more .
The Location it's 10 min walk to the centre. Free parking. Lovely gardens, the surrounding views are just beautiful. The large Pool although too cold for us to try. Terrace off our room. The Restaurant food was very good. The waitress was knowledgeable on the local wine. Helped us translate the menu.
