    Pros +

    • The site was very nice and we had lovely views from our little veranda. Owners were very helpful and bar area very nice and they do some lovely tapas.Would have tried out swimming pool but weather not brilliant and chickened out. Location for visiting the area was fantastic.
    • The bungalows are great, with plenty of space around, in calm surroundings, and with great views. The whole site is not very big, which adds to the good atmosphere. All personnel members were very friendly and helpful. The common area, with a.o. laundromats, and a great swimming pool, table tennis, and a free pool billiards table and table football table was great. My son loved it so much, we spend one full day there. They also sell good cocktails, tapas and paella for reasonable prices, which adds a lot to the comfort. The site is a nice downwards stroll away of medieval Sarlat, though it's a pretty steep climb back. But you can also go by car, and park below at a free parking on the road below to avoid the climb back. The site is also a 5 minute drive away of a big Carrefour shopping center. And Sarlat is also very near the Dordogne and Vezere valley, so it's a great place to stay.
    • Nice location, owner is very nice and helpful.

    Cons -

    • The chalet was a little small for us and we maybe should have booked a 2 bed as where there 5 nights.
    • The wifi good be better, but that doesnt matter much.
    • Chalet was a bit cheap for the price we paid but we'll go back if we can find a better deal

Lovely spot. Ideal if you have a dog. Very friendly couple who run the site. Great pool. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area

    Can’t think of anything

The bar and pool area is great. We went in September so the place was nearly empty and the weather was cooling.

The cabin was very cramped. You can't move around easily. You need to turn sideways to get around the beds and furniture. 5 beds in ours but only 2 of us.In September the midges or mosquitos were rife. A pharmacy has run out of bite treatment

Great camping place with cabin that we stayed in. Pool and restaurant. Highly recommend it.

    welcome staff

The cabin is really small, the bathroom very tiny

Proximity to Sarlat and the recreation area with free games such as pool, table football, darts etc. The park was clean and tidy.

The chalet we booked was supposed to be 31 m2 but appeared to be only 22 m2. Owner of camping appeared to count the terrace in front of the house as well as living space. The house was too small for our family of 5. After complaining we got a bigger house that fitted our needs but we had to wait 2 days and had to pay extra.

These chalets are a great place to stay to discover Sarlat and all nice places around, particularly the many castles and scenic villages along the Dordogne river. And the valley of Vezere is not far either, with its unique resources of pre-historic sites and caves. the site of the chalet is ideal, facing sunrise in the morning, on a sort of balcony overlooking Sarlat with a beautiful, breathtaking though very peaceful view. A great place to go with very nice hosts and a unique set of sports equipments and pool!
