Sure Hotel by Best Western Sarlat-la-Caneda

The receptionist was very helpful and her English is outstanding.

No elevator. We had to climb stairs with luggage. Weird door opening systems.

The breakfast, the fact that the location is just perfect

The beads are so light so they are moving during the sleeping, and the mattress is so soft

A very comfortable hotel, with an excellent breakfast buffet, and very helpful English-speaking staff. It is near the train station and a walk to central Sarlat, but that was OK by me. Good value.

The rooms are not big but they are very comfortable and cosy. The breakfast was good and the staff is absolutely fantastic: friendly, kind and helpful.

The shower was narrow and there were no vegetables at all in breakfast.

Receptionist speaks perfect English, rooms and showers are tiny but thats appropriate for the price. Everything is super clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast offers great variety of choices

Beds are extremely small so if you're a bigger person make sure you get separate beds with your partner unless you're prepared to sleep on top of each other.

Easy to find location on the edge of town. Lots of free parking on site.

The staff were excellent but it's really just a transit hotel.

Clean, quiet and comfortable for a solo traveler. Room would be a bit cramped for two. Staff was friendly and efficient. I needed dinner after the kitchen was closed, but staff went out their way to accommodate my needs. Good conversation with other guests. Easy parking and well located on main road into the town...so easy to find arriving after dark. Good breakfast too.

Nothing. All good.

Lovely breakfast, clean simple facilities. Lots of hot water.

Good budget stay . Easy to find, free parking

Breakfast goodStaff very helpful

Rooms could have been biggerCould have had a better wi-fi signal in rooms

Located about 20 min walk from the center, we were a small group of 3 on motorcycles, so the walk after a long ride was welcome, we all thought it was ideally situated for our needs

Excellent hotel. Clean comfortable. Rooms are small but well equiped. The staff are very friendly and do all they can to help with any requests. Plenty of parking and calm location away from the town centre.

For business trips the desk space in the room is too small and not well adapted, but there is plenty of space to work downstairs in the lobby area.

good bed, strong shower, no excessive noise

a little farther from the station that I expected (because there's no direct way and you have to make a detour)room is too tiny (had to drag my suitcase over the bed because it didn't fit between the wall and the bed)no kettle

Clean, well equipped rooms. Good location with free parking. Adequate variety of food for breakfast.

Room and bed size is small. There is no elevator.

The property was clean and in a convenient location.

The room was too small for two adult travelers.

breakfast very good room clean shower fine

a larger room that included a wardrobe

The welcome smile of the team and follow up The hotel cleanliness and room The breakfast included

Nothing !

The hotel is located within walking distance from the town. Breakfast was adequate and presented really well in a cosy part of the hotel near the entrance. Our room was comfortable for a good nights sleep.

Sadly there was a young man shouting towards the entrance in the early hours of the morning disturbing our wonderful sleep. It seemed like he couldn’t get in as the security doors are shut in the evening and you need to put a code to gain entry. It’s actually very easy.

parking y location

excessively small rooms; no wifi reception in our room

really comfortable clean hotellarge car park
