The staff members were very kind and helpful to us. The sauna snd pool were a big bonus! Great location.

Awkward flights of stairs (many). Dated accommodation and furniture.

Close to town center. Street parking available. Spacious room and bathroom. Walk to town center. Buffet breakfast was adequate.

Tight stairwell. Some street noise.

Air conditioner didn't work;. room was too hot and stuffy to sleep. Opening windows didn't help and dinky desk fan we put on a chair didn't help much. Wifi took a while to get online and somewhat unstable.

The owners and staff are wonderful. Love the balcony rooms, and the location is perfect and a bit away from the more crowded areas. There are several restaurants very close by, along with a Carrefour City, Boulangerie, and tabac.

Very spacious room with great balcony. Comfortable bed. A few minutes walk from the center, but the benefit is plenty of free parking

Very nice location, really close to the city center, with possibility to park for free around the hotel (we were a little lucky in this sense and could always park very close to the hotel). Fairly spacious bedroom with a nice balcony, not the most comfortable bed but still Ok. Really kind staff.

It's slightly to one end of the main street and, amazingly, has free on-street parking and an easy 5 minute walk to the centre of town. We had Room 19 with the large balcony with an outdoor table and chairs; the beds were super-comfy, there was also an easy chair and footstool so I felt we got quite a few 'extras', and I'd give the lovely pool area a 4* rating! Both of the reception staff were incredibly helpful. I was able to borrow an iron and board.

It would have been nice to have more than just the 2 teabags provided on the first day for a 2 -night stay.It would also have been helpful to have a top sheet as the duvet was too hot.

We stayed Friday and Saturday. Nobody cleaned the room Saturday

Well located and clean, nice balcony.

It was a very hot day (40c) and the air conditioning could not keep up. Pool was too warm. The hotel was expensive. Room was very small.

No lift - or at least not on the right floors. (It was staggered between levels). Help taking your suitcase up, but nothing on the way down which isn't funny without a lift.

Location, 5 minutes from downtown, in a quiet area, easy to park in the street.

AC was hard to control.

Great location, easy to find parking outside the hotel, although they do have private parking also. Clean comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Just a few minutes walk into Sarlat centre. Would definitely stay there again.

lovely swimming pool which sadly we couldn’t use as one group staying at the hotel spent the entire afternoon drinking and smoking in the pool. Response from Hotel management….nothing! so not really a suitable hotel for families or anyone who wants a peaceful stay after exploring the area
