Narrow uncomfortable beds and thick duvette, poor pillow, a torture to sleep.Receptionist was unknowledgeable about how to get a flat sheet to use instead of the thick duvette. The premises are a mess, outdated

Large room looking towards the river with comfortable double bed and excellent bathroom. Good breakfast included.

no parking and no access to unload luggage, as the whole place was locked for some upcoming event

a bit "old" style and because of a festival the following week, all parking and access to the hotel was made "impossible"; or at least uncomfortable. I would have liked to know about this before arriving and trying to navigate around the closed access to the entrance of the hotel

Nice location and helpful staff

No food on Sundays. - so, I'm my opinion, not a hotel as it failed the basic hospitality requirements for travellers. Whilst this might be a thing in France, it's still utterly unacceptable in a modern economy / culture.

The location was good and the staff were friendly. Everything was clean and the shower was good.

Just a bit tired. The pillows were extremely thin and the bed wasn’t great. Also some damage to the wall in the room

Clean quiet rooms which were perpendicular to one another. The room facing onto river had a fabulous view. We were not expecting a/c so that was a huge plus. Beds were very comfortable

While unexpected the a/c in our room wass not great but still so much better than none at all.

the address was complicated. its right in city center which is a big paid parking lot. you cannot drive to the entrance of the hotel.you must find the parking indoors which is to the left of the hotel in the same block, hardly marked.electric electrical possible? nice place once u figure it up.

The staff was really nice and accommodating, the room was comfortable and very clean. And breakfast was amazing!Nothing bad to say really!
