Best Western Grand Hotel De Bordeaux

Very nicely decorated Updated rooms.

Bed was extremely hard. Shower was low pressure. NO AIR CONDITIONER in the room. Informed them about this and they provided a fan. Said they'll fix it and it was never fixed. When we brought it up again at check out, the person dismissed us.

Great hotel in Aurillac , great professional staff at front desk parking was a must ,

RAS

The location was very nice and central, the building was attractive and well maintained. The staff was extremely courteous. I would stay here again.

The coffee could have been better but that is really my only detraction. I found it to be very lovely and centrally located to the city center and the train station.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. So good checking in to a place with happy and smiling staff. Excellent breakfast, a spacious room, easy walking to all the places worth visiting.

Couldn't fault this stay.

Excellent accessible location, private garage and overnight EV charging.

It’s location was central and the food was lovely

The bathroom was very small, you could not sit straight on the toilet, not expected from one of their bigger suites.

Secure parking for our motorcycle. Good location, very clean and tidy.

It was clean and close to restaurants

We were put in a room in the attic where we could barely stand up(we are tall) and could hear the rain at night falling on the skylight window; The lift on our floor did not line up with the floor and it was very difficult to get out with the luggage cart. The hotel parking was incredibly difficult to get in and out as road was so narrow.

Staff recommendations, comfort of room, location of hotel

Location, staff friendly & helpful, room request efficiently handled, secure parking.

Separate lounge roomBreakfast and room service food excellent with vegetarian choices

Breakfast buffet table area a little small when large groups are in

Central location, clean, air condition

Rooms were too small to accommodate the number of guests suggested in the description in Booking site

Very helpful staff because to find the parking is a little bit complicated. Very good facilities and fantastic breakfast

Great with own parking garage.

Difficult to manouver in garage. Best for small cars.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Disappointed the double bed was two singles pushed together, but made up as single beds.

Supposedly a double bed.

Good central location with secure parking. Comfortable room.

Breakfast could have been more lavish!

Breakfast was good, good selection and service

No reception service on arrival between 1pm & 5pmNo dining room service for dinner only room service.Food was poor and badly served and had we been offered this in the restuarant it would have been sent back as inedible.Only choise of white wine were two of poor quality.

great location, really friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and roomy, good value.

air con was ineffective, car parking and charging, though very convenient, were a bit expensive.

Arriving early by train I was provided coffee in the lounge and still earlier than ordinary checking in time I got access to the room. What a reception! Couldn't be better! The room was well equipped with desk and kettle, the bed super and same applies to bathroom. The location in town centre is certainly attractive. A full breakfast with some local provided a good start for walking in this gem of a town and its surroundings. I'd just love to come back!

If anything: Even though the window had shutters noice from outsidecwas slightly disturbing. But what do you expect when you are in the town centre?

comfortable bed and great location

The AC was not working, so we had to sleep with the windows open (there was some noise from the street)
