Pros +
- Fabulous location, 20 metres from sandy beach across the promenade which was popular for both walkers and joggers, both were several kilometres in length. Restaurants and bars along the promenade. Community bus to take you to the abundance of shops and restaurants in town. When tired of the beach simply lounge around the hotel pool with access to the bar
- Beautiful hotel . It was a pity that due to staffing shortages ,reception was only manned for a límited time each day. Hoewever all the staff were superb -reception, restaurant and cleaners and always willing to help.
- Easy to get to. Had parking. Great views. Amazing restaurant. Comfortable bed. Everything. I stayed longer than planned.
Cons -
- A lot of construction, but it was ok.
- The rooms a bit old needs renovations especially the bathrooms. Breakfast is 15 euro for everyone no difference price for kid’s and adult which is a bit too much because kid’s for don’t really eat much.
- Breakfast was so-so, missed fresh like tomatos, cucumbers etc

Good location very attention staff. Fair enough would be nice to visit during summer.

The service was very good. Ms. Elsa was very nice, she was in touch from the moment we booked the room until check out.Location is pretty good, across the street is the sea, also in a 3-minute walk away is a beautiful trail with incredible views.
Very good location,
Breakfast was so-so, missed fresh like tomatos, cucumbers etc
A lovely location near a beach and a cliff-side hiking trail. The hotel is clean an has a separate carpark. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with a small fridge and a TV. The staff are friendly and speak English very well. Breakfast is great, with a big choice of cold meats, cheeses, Spanish tortillas, omelettes, baked goods, fruit, cereals, milk and coffee. The place is dog-friendly.
The hotel is very close to the beach, it was clean and staff was super friendly.
Communication with the Reception was excellent -- arrived late but everything I needed (keys etc) was there.
The room was tiny -- no real issue, but wouldn't have wanted to stay for more than the 1 night.
Receptionist very helpful and provided additional information. Quiet location with nice sea views. Clean room, super shower and a fridge.
The hotel might have informed us that it is currently under major renovation with the top two floors closed. In addition the restaurant/bar was closed for most of our stay except for breakfast which was poor value so we ate elsewhere. The location is right at the end of the promenade surrounded by apartment blocks which are mostly empty out of season and weekends, hence local restaurants only seem to open on Friday and weekends. In future we will stay closer to Palamos where there is more activity and choice of restaurants/shops etc.

The worst treatment I have ever received in a Hotel. I told them I will arrive later than 22:00 with 2 small kids and a disabled person. They sent me check-in instructions by WhatsApp and they were wrong. They gave me a code to enter the room, and the room did not even have a panel to enter any code. I called the emergency contact very upset about the situation at 12am with 2 crying exhausted kids. They came after 10min with a TERRIBLE attitude to open the room. The person did not even bother to apologize and they told us we were being dramatic. I was amazed by the lack of empathy, we were paying 140 EUR per night, they messed up and on top of that we got heavily mistreated. This person told us that if we did not like the service we could leave. So that is what we did, we spent 2 hours looking for a place to stay at 1am in the morning. It is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my entire life
Excellent location and perfect breakfast. The room was with amazing sea view, clean and warm even in early March.
Fantastic stay, found this hotel by chance for one night on a road trip and we will definitely return for a longer stay. The staff are wonderful, all friendly, welcoming, efficient and smiley. The room was big, bright, airy and spotless, big bed with superb linens and very comfortable. Plenty of towels and nice hand and shower products. Buffet breakfast was amazing with good quality produce and was excellent value for money. The hotel is literally a stone's throw from the fine sandy beach and there is a lovely promenade, well used by everyone walking along the lovely beachfront and up the rocky walk at the end which leads to secluded coves. Wonderful!!
Nada!
Great location and the beds are very comfortable indeed. Lovely friendly staff
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good view
The facilities were not as described as, although I understand why, no evening meals available and so the holiday had to be self catering, which was not wanted as no restaurants open locally.
Staff was really helpful and nice Breakfast was good considering the price
Room door is quite thin and without sealing. It wasn't that big problem now due low season, but busier time for sure due all of the noises can be heard from the aisle
Front SeaviewExcellent locationProfessional stuff
The staff were very helpful and managed to upgrade us at the last minute to stunning room - many thanks
No coffee/tea-making facilities in first room - but sorted for second night
We booked a room with sea view and pool view. Initially we were allocated a corner room which did not have a direct sea view from the room itself, only from the balcony and did not meet our expectations. The hotel staff was nice and helpful to change our room as from the second day to a room with direct see view, as requested. The new room was corresponding to the pictures based on which we made reservation. It was large enough and comfortable. The view from the room was amazing. For travelers who are looking for a tranquille holiday, the destination is perfect, as the area is peaceful, with many picturesque spots. There are sufficient restaurants in proximity, so you don’t feel cut from the civilisation. The availability of parking spots and the closeness to the beach make the stay very convenient. Overall it was a good value for money, we fully enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the place.
No significant remarks to mention. We could just recommend introducing some vegetables in the breakfast menu, as that was the only thing we were missing.
The hotel location is on the cove end of the beach, excellent. the staff were really friendly. The breakfast is good.
We payed extra for a sea view , When we entered the room , the curtains were on the floor. The hotel gave us a drink whist putting it together. There is one coffee pod for the whole 2 week stay ? no milk.
