Staff are good

There is bugs in the room, some staff working in the restaurant are not professional.

The pool, the wooden floors, the breakfast, spacious room

Pipes were a bit noisy and I found the bed a bit hard

Parking is the main problem, with.very tight access for my Landrover Discovery.

The major excavation works at the front door.

Front line on the promenade. Staff were all lovely. It is a tradition Spanish hotel (not over modernised) but definitely does not suffer for that. Lunch was excellent. Great breakfast choices. Good value. Nice pool area (though we did not use). I believe it is open year round too.

Not a lot of private garaged parking actually at the hotel (8 spaces) but good sized bays. There is a public car park a few minutes walk away. ALL the promenade is being dug up at the moment (April 2025) and it didn’t look like it was going to be finished anytime soon. It made it “interesting” trying to make our way (by car) to the hotel - found the garage parking by happenstance!

Very nice and spacious sea view room. Front desk staff were great. Helped us with dinner reservation.

Thin walls. Could hear people talking next door as well as their TV. Breakfast was fine.

Absolutely lovely and helpful staff, especially at reception. Great location with easy walks to/on the beach and to the harbour, cafes and restaurants, and basic grocery stores within a few minutes walk. Pleased we had a balcony, despite the wind. Breakfast and the actual dining room were both special! Our room was old style but very comfortable, and the public areas of the hotel are styley as if from an earlier era! Just lovely! Roof parking with access into the hotel from there was ideal. Although there are street and beachfront renovations going on, the place is spotless and it did not impact our stay, though we were there in a public holiday.

More than adequate

Shower Head hadn't been cleaned or descaled for some time, therefore only part of it worked making the shower's surface area reduced by half which was a nuisance.Also at peak times, temperature fluctuated from comfortable to dangerous frequently during the shower.

Perfect location, superb view, a lovely hotel with a lovely staff.

Lovely room with beautiful views. Staff were nice and friednly. Atmosphere and decoration was very alluring and Mediterranean, I love the interioir design and decoration of the hotel and the room. Breakfast was great

Service and room and location

Breakfast is excellent. Personnel super friendly. Hotel is a bit old, but very clean.

Good Location with the car in the garage. A pleasant stay! Mid december the restaurant had a good atmosphere and good food!

The room was very well appointed The food was great especially breakfast and great value lunch

Fabulous old building had so much style. Room with a view of the beach. Food was excellent. Staff were very professional and friendly

A superb, comfortable room with a sea view in a wonderful seaside location. The room had all the facilities needed and breakfast was first class with all options covered.

Perhaps an additional beverage station would be helpful during the breakfast period to avoid long waits

Excelente location. Good water pressure, excellent breakfast.

AC didn’t work. Pillows and bed on the hard side. Not good parking options although I did find parking on the streets.

The pool area is small and the pool is freezing.

Uncomfortable beds at the pool. Service in general is declining year over year. A couple of years ago you get food and drinks at the pool. Now food is no longer served.

Fine for a stay at the tail-end of the season, probably to hectic for our liking during the summer

The garage is terrible narrow and hard to get into, resulting in us badly damaging our car.

Attractive decor. Facility for Demi pension at a very good rate.

The hotel is looking tired in several areas. Not up to the standard we had imagined. Bathroom shower only overhead rain shower. Pool area very limited. Staff never smiled .
