Close to shops and imaging centre.Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean.

$180 for 1 night was abit expensive. Abit of paintwork inside is needed to jazz it up abit. Maybe a nice picture on the wall.

I enjoy this hotel because its convenient. Also the staff remember you and go ojt of there way to help if you wanna check in early if possible. Good convenient location also. I know its not a 5 star. But its comfortable as per what i need.

The staff didn't take long to check me in & out. The spa was a much needed relaxation and the king bed and rooms were spacious. I had a choice of a double & single bed in another room, a second mini fridge, kettle & toaster in that room also. There were 4 towels (& 4 soaps) & 2 mats, just enough to clean up the mess that the spa left without slipping. And overall it was a quiet place with no excess noise for sensory overload. I did enjoy my stay once I looked past all the imperfections & enjoyed the amber glow of the lamp. The heater worked well & kept me warm.

On arrival, the driveway reminded me of the add on Spotify of what you don't want with your bookings, which kinda defeats the ad considering where I booked through. While waiting at the front desk, customers came out of their room to tell me the rooms weren't pleasant & I had to call a number for the attendant at the front desk. Upon entering, the place looked run down, with broken wooden furniture & broken shelving in the walk in. My main bedroom door looked like it had been handled roughly, felt like at some point there had been violence there. The vents were thick with dust, under the sink smelt mouldy, the shower looked like it could've used a better clean such as bleach or anti scum at the base, despite all the black tiling. The milk supplied was insufficient despite about 10 tiny half tsp portions. There was no mini shampoo, conditioner, face washers or hand towels. One of the towel rails was broken, The TV had basic channels with the channel 9 range not working at all. And the kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable. It was missing a homey & cosy feel, that made you feel special. For the price it is worth, I could've got a more suitable & nicer place with at least a restaurant on the property elsewhere. When I checked out, the person was telling me how I had the best room & that I had received a bigger discount than what bookings.com said I did. I didn't inspect the pool, but even from a distant glance, it didn't look welcoming to enjoy, on the contrary, it needed a clean of leaves, etc.

No light in shower, flueresant tube and light cover was on the basin, dirty, floor was sticky,and over priced, below average

The bed was comfortable, pillows were comfortable. Good it had microwave,kettle,toaster and fridge.

The first room wasn't cleaned properly and the toilet seat was falling side and side, the manager was great and moved me rooms, next room had definitely been cleaned well. The showers definitely need some attention with bleach to remove the water stains and mould. The black mould on the ceiling also needs attention. A bit strange to have a glass shelf in the shower and a potential hazard so care is needed in the shower.Overall it was an okay stay.

Well our room had the window missing in the bathroom. And the tv remote wouldn’t work for the tv after turning it on. It was okay but not worth the money. Maybe worth $80 per night not $180

The lady checking me in was super polite, always smiled and gave that hospitality experience that many lack of.

Price vs amenities... no safe

Bed comfortable, car park next to unit, staff helpful

No kitchen basin to wash dishes in. Very basic nothing like pictures on line. Spoke to owner he is in process of changing online photos.

Location was good , staff were friendly and helpful .. we requested to change rooms as one of the rooms we got smelled of cigarette smoke .. they accommodated us by moving us to a better smelling room.

Not secure parking , old and in desperate need of some maintenance.. definitely not platinum as the name suggests..

Wanted a refund before I'd gotten out my car. No refunds

Run down , room was broken moldey and loud. Not worth booking a room . No refunds by the time you get there and see it. Cleaners try but no maintenance or care by the owner.

The food was nice . The staff were very nice very helpful .

Up keep of some things in the room .
