The location was great for things we needed to do in Brookvale.

Room, particularly the bathroom, wasn’t very clean.

The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and neat. The fact that it was across the road from the Leagues Club was a bonus.

Nothing wrong with our visit, although being charged for open air parking was a little rough.

Bed was comfortable.

Other hotels I stayed in offered complimentary 2 x bottled water. For the price I paid, (and as well as branding reputation) the hotel should have offered complimentary bottled water and toiletry set, and room slippers. There was no mini-bar but my credit card details were taken "in case of mini-bar usage"! The maid was rude when asked about the bottled water.

The room had a comfortable bed. The leagues club was close by, so we could walk over and have dinner.

The air conditioning didn’t seem to be working properly. The fan wasn't working very well which meant the room got very hot and stuffy during the night.

The foyer was nice effort

The bed was clean and fresh but the floor in bathroom and parts of room were not clean or vacuumed.

Staff were very accommodating. Very friendly and courteous.

The room was not clean, with other peoples hairs on bathroom floor and shower. Shower was mouldy and dated.There was visible mould on the curtains. No toaster, fridge did not work and was not cold. No facilities and quite a distance to localities. I found the staff were quite rude on arrival, during and leaving. I asked to speak to the manager and they were never available.

Breakfast was good.

Ordered dinner to room. Selection was poor and quality of the meal was terrible. I very much regretted paying for something that bad.

The convenience to the football field

The price is astronomical - $400+ a night for 2 very small single beds that were unsafe - the bed tipped over in full on my sister. The older lady staff member was incredibly rude

It was close to 4 Pines Park, Leagues club and shopping center ?

Could have incorporated parking cost into room price and maybe a second lift ?

I liked the rooms and location

Our 2 rooms weren’t together and I didn’t like having to check in on a machine

Good location, good parking, comfy beds.

We stayed for 2 days and on both days we had cold showers in the morning even though we were up fairly early around 6.30am. The whole building was very noisy (noise between rooms, running water etc). The bathroom is in need of updating and looks more like a hospital room than a hotel.

Walking distance to nrl game.

Shower had no pressure, bathroom very outdated.

Close proximity to where we had to go.

Terrible tea cups, made from coconut husk, no handles, could smell previous user's coffee in them even after rewashing, they did replace after complaining and toilet paper cheap stuff and had to use 3 sheets per wipe, false economy for sure. Parking was extra at $20 per night, if it was $5 more would use it, once again false economy.

Been able to park my work van.

Convenience to the Manly Leagues Club & Family Happily surprised how quiet it was

Only 1.person in reception area with 4 of us in line .. I didn't wait after 8 mins .. I had an uber on the way
