The food for dinner was excellent…the breakfast very much lacking

Both our rooms had issues with our bathrooms…clogged sinks and broken handles on the very small showers. The dark staircases did not have lights and there was a horrible smell in parts of the hotel.

It's a striking looking hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable with air conditioning. The dining room has a balcony which is a lovely experience.

Front of house lady was polite and friendly and spoke fluent English and French

It was clean, clean bedsheets, comfy bed and it had everything you need in a hotel room. Restaurant is beautiful and the food was good! We would come back.

The rooms feel a bit dated and the gym isn’t really a gym. Overall, find it a bit overpriced to be honest also the price of the food and breakfast is not cheap. We ended up skipping the breakfast due to that reason. But overall a good stay!

The size of the room was excellent for my daughter and grandchildren. They were upgraded to a bigger room as opposed to the double room that we initially booked. This room was a lot more suitable for their needs.

My room had to be changed on the 2nd night. The 1st night we were put in a single room which was more like a store room. And told they were fully booked . I had booked 5 monhs in advance - It was awful. T he plumbing was broken snd the sink was blocked and leaked. The bathroom sink stank. The electrics didn't work either and we couldn't drink coffee or tea. Very poor.

I also booked bed and breakfast. No breakfast was available and no discounts were given.

No elevator to top floors

The hotel is situated perfectly in the Quillan, we had a family member in a wheel chair, suitable parking at the back with lift access and wide passages. The rooms were very good, large and plenty of room with the wheel chair. The Restaurant had great food, something different on the menu available each of the 3 nights.

a family member is Vegan, so the restaurant was a little limited.

Super friendly staff and hotel is in a great location. Room was really modern, spacious and very clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good location near all Quillan’s restaurants and bars. There is also a very good restaurant in the hotel which I have eaten at before.

Location was central. Our room was lovely and spacious. Parking was easy in front of the hotel. Staff were friendly. Dinner in the restaurant was high quality.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Very little fruit. Though there was delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. It seemed rather expensive.

excellent room, great size and a huge bathroom with a shower that you could stay in for hours, quiet room, good secure underground parking and nice pubs and town.

No lift if you need one. Staff in restaurant friendly but service bit haphazard but still had great meal. Wine by glass not very good.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Comfortable bed. Good continental breakfast. Excellent garage parking included in the price.

Nothing to dislike. Excellent!
