Absolutely stunning room and location!!

Our toilet unfortunately stopped working, and they were not able to fit us into another room.

It could help to have a few extra selection of welcome package, cooking essentials like oil, salad dressing m, and not too pay for beach towels.

Location was excellent. Resort was well maintained. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. They even brought a cake up to our unit to wish me a happy birthday.

We loved the property. Beautiful rooms, views and gardens all around. The space is all well cared for. Favorites included the poo and the easy access to the beach.

Would have been great to have better seating for the patio with the view to the water.

Such a gorgeous place. We booked last minute as we were meant to be going to Cornwall but the forecast was thunderstorms! So we wanted something cheap and cheerful in the sun but this truly exceeding our expectations. The pool is amazing the kids loved it, the beach is perfect for kids the water being calm and clear and gorgeous sand. You can hire a pedalo with a slide they loved that. Good restaurants nearby too! The apartment was everything we needed and every morning we’d walk up to the shop (about 5 min walk) to get croissants and things for sandwiches to take to the pool/beach. The hotel had evening entertainment on one of which were acrobats which was brilliant. There’s an onsite restaurant which was good too you can sit have a drink while you watch kids in the pool. Would definitely come back! Only thing to note you can’t book a taxi for more than 4 people on a whim has to be 48 hours notice! So we had to book 2 to get back to airport as missed this window.

Location, cleanliness

There was no pool/food service as the restaurant is not connected to or apart of the hotel.

The amenities were great. The pool and restaurant were right outside our room, and the beach was right down the stairs. There were also lots of great restaurants within a few minutes' walking distance.

Amazing location and staff was super accommodating and kind.

Pool hours were odd. Too bad pool/hot tub closed at 6pm for adults. Our room smelled very musty, even with the dehumidifier and air conditioner running.

The club is descent. The personal are all lovely.You've got the choice to either swim at the hotel pool or take down the stairs to the small beach in front of it

The staff was kind and attentive. From reception, housekeeping, maintenance and the Life guard and the swimming pool; all of them were beautiful to my family and they had a great time. Specially my grandparents who require quite a bit of care.The view from the apartment was amazing and it had everything we needed.

Perfect base for the area. We liked quick access to the beach and not far at all to walk to the main beach. Lots of activities to keep the kids occupied and we really appreciated the kitchen (oven and dishwasher) which made self catering a lot more comfortable. Thank you

Beautiful apartment, provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay in Menorca. It’s modern, really well-equipped and beds are comfortable. The hotel is beatiful, with sea view from the pool and a few meters away from a beach. Plus, it’s close to some restaurants by the beach. Would definitely come back.

It’s a little away from the city centre. If you’re planning to go to Ciutadella or Mahón, you have a 30-minute drive. However, if your plan is to stay nearby and enjoy the local beach, it’s a good option.

Very good staff with helpful advices despite the low season and a lot of activities were not opened yet. The hotel is very nicely equipped.

The only small detail which can be improved is that the chairs and tables do not have cushion under which make it very noisy for Neighbors

We came across this hotel last minute for a few days away. Some may say it's too remote and not alot open due to being early in the season but for us, a family of 5 with 3 little girls aged 5,7,8 we've have no issues. The peacefulness has been bliss and the staff really do go over and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I've even considered looking at flights to extend our stay it has been that lovely. The apartment has everything and more you could possibly need and a very well equipped kitchen area. We took the car and did a food shop to stock up and ate like at home for the 4 nights we have been here. I'd recommend if possible taking the drive to lidl/aldi as you can get everything in 1 place but there is a shop walking distance should you not have a car. We hired a car through doncars. Extremely simple and straight forward no hassle at all and they meet you right off the plane. Within 40mins of landing we was in our apartment. I couldn't have asked for anything better these past few days. I checked in on my 40th birthday and the following day the hotel had put a bottle of champagne, cup cake with a candle and a hand written note. Very cute and made us all smile. I highly doubt anyone who chooses this hotel would be disappointed and it's exactly the same as the photos when booking.

Nice viewOK location

Travelling with my 91 year old Mother, your website indicated there were facilities (restaurant etc) but these were closed. It was not practical to keep taking my Mother out so we left the hotel after one night and booked a new one through Bookling.com

Location is stunning !

Everything closed, but it was the wrong time of year. So not the resort.
