    Pros +

    • Location was great.
    • Location and staff helpful
    • I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was super kind and helpful with booking the spa and the parking with electric charger for our EV. Special shout-out for Miquel (with a q for queso), spectacular vibe. Roses was such a nice surprise overall, super clean and super relaxed ambience. True, most people we saw were of advanced age, I don’t want to say elderly because they were truly vivacious and graceful, I loved to see them enjoying life. Will definitely go back.

    Cons -

    • For being in water crisis the shower had unbelievable high water pressure. Was open door concept so water flowed into bathroom and into hallway. Took a while to figure out how to manage it. Paper thin walls (noise).
    • The equipment in the spa was not operational. Only one water jet was working. Others ones was not but the worst is that in that period August. Only one water jet work for the whole people... The sauna was not hot at all. So not functional. They mention that the parking was included but in place, you have to pay a parking and it's too far from.the hotel. The quality of breakfast was not good. Only coffee and milk was proposed not cappuccino or other drinks. Orange juice was industrial, beans and pastries too...
    • The only reason I don’t give it 5 starts is because the shower was not great, very low pressure and almost no water coming from it. The hand piece was better but I wanted to wash my hair and needed both hands for that.

Hotel is descent - good location, close to the beach, restaurants and boats excursions. Rooms are very small, good view, but not enough space to keep your stuff. Safe is extra charge - need to buy a big lock on reception. But all drinks in refrigerator are free of charge.

Breakfast buffet is pretty poor. Mostly eggs, ham and cheese. One type of cereal, no oatmeal or cottage cheese. Small rooms, not enough drawers or shelves.

The staff are very helpful and polite, they made my stay more comfortable often speaking good English and French.

The WiFi in the hotel is the worst I have ever come across,WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms I had to go to common areas to get some coverage which was still terrible . WiFi was bad, the plates and glasses in the breakfast room were often dirty and the walls are so thin I hear everything against my will from the room next door. The beds were hard and hurt my hips and decor is a bit dated.

Positive: non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar are free and get restocked daily. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. Still the overall concept just doesn’t work.

Not a spa hotelBiggest issue: this claims to be a spa hotel, but the spa is basically off-limits. You have to book in advance, can only go once a day (if at all), and staff often says “its full”. No flexibility, no proper access – this is not what a spa hotel should be.Second, the Wi-Fi is unusable. Maybe barely works in the lobby, but in the room? Forget it.Third, the room looks way older than the modern pictures online. The hairdryer looks like a gas station vacuum hose.

Great location. Nice pool and jacuzzi overlooking the sea. Enjoyed the buffet dinner and breakfast too. Breakfast until 11 am appreciated. Helpful staff.

    It was all good.

The breakfast buffet, location, outdoor terrace, high quality of room.

The spa did not meet our expectations.

    9ElizabethPosted on: 3-28-2025

Great location, right on the beach. Very nice breakfast and dinner. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive. Reception staff were also very accommodating. They changed our room without any big discussion, as we had been given a room at the rear with a slightly depressing view. The new room was good, although not very cosy. Great beach/sea view. Overall very good value. Thank you.

The breakfast was very ‘adequate’ . No selection of yoghurts, no granola, oats or muesli. Small choice of fresh fruit, some of it out of a tin.Great facial

The room certainly didn’t look like the one in the photo! There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which you would expect in a 4 star hotel! The staff were unfriendly and impersonal

    7SusanPosted on: 3-12-2025

View of the sea is amazing.

The place is tired and needs updating. The restaurant buffet for dinner is awful. Many of the spa elements were not working.

    4DianePosted on: 2-28-2025

Location was good. Nice walks and a nice view.

Basic room. Never a 4 star. Had to walk through the hotel bar to get to the spa. Couldn’t get any appointments for treatments. Basic breakfast and dinner wasn’t much better. Left a day early.

    7Miguel R.Posted on: 2-14-2025

We loved the room, the balcony and the location.

The spa area is terribly disappointing, the atmosphere is heavy and it faces the street directly so that all the passers by can take a nice long look at you swimming or relaxing. The spa is also crowded even though they request that you book a specific time. You can’t use any of the facilities without sharing it with other rooms. Jacuzzi and saunas are impossible to use if you’re unlucky enough to share your time with another family. The breakfast is mostly chocolate and sweet options, only one bread toaster for around 40 people that were there at that time. The coffee is served on the table in a big jar, which means you take one hot sip and then you’re left with a large jug of cold coffee.

Excellent location right on the beach, nice view from the balcony and spacious roomSpa with very long opening hours

Breakfast was medium nice when you don’t eat meat, but good eggs freshly cooked.

    6JohnPosted on: 10-14-2024

The location was perfect, facing the sea and walking distance to the restaurants.

The bathroom was super small and the door would not stay open. Also air conditioning did not work.

    8BelindaPosted on: 10-8-2024

    location, friendly staff, very clean

The spa area was floor to ceiling windows, which meant on one side, people walking past on a public, very busy walkway, could see inside, and the other side the diners in the restaurant could see inside. it actually felt like a fishbowl.

Nice location and staff at the reception, availability of electric charging station in the nearby garage :)

Some of the rooms are refurbished, our triple room unfortunately not yet, more like a 3star experience. Breakfast adequate, but without variety. No smart tv, but the kind gentleman at the reception provided hdmi cable so we were not stuck watching only spanish tv..

    8JustinPosted on: 9-28-2024

Great location in front of the beach. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean room and great cleaning service during the stay. Free bike rentals.

The spa facilities were a bit dated and the jacuzzi was out of order. Breakfast staff were a bit unorganized.

    7AnnaPosted on: 9-20-2024

disappointing bar closed around 10,45 which is incredibly early when on holidays

requested a sunny aspect and staff were not very helpful

Area exce, next to beach, staff very good and helpful.

Floor in bedroom was tired , it is a wood floor and loose. Requires some work.
