Furniture had stains on the fabric and did not look inviting. Floors, kitchen, and tables looked dirty.

The location is perfect beach across the street all the restaurants and shops walking distance The staff are extremely helpful and hospitable also available 24 hours Breakfast was delicious great variety and fresh

I loved the room, it was very spacious. The owner was there every day to greet you and give you tips. The staff was really nice and the breakfast was really good. A great place to stay in Costa Brava!

The rooms were new and spotless. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were is a superior room with ocean view - so please note it faces a busy road and can be noisy.

Excellent breakfast buffet for cyclists. Big plus was the parking facilities as we were able to leave our bicycles and equipment in the car every evening.

This hotel ist really BAD. Very old , it deservs not even 1 star. The breakfast was very poor, neither vegetables not eggs, very old hair dryer and so on. Service is under any level.

We checked in as a couple, and unfortunately my partner had a food poisoning during the night. The night staff was very compassionate to us and called a taxi on behalf of us. I was very delighted and next morning I expressed my thankfulness to the reception staffs. The staying in this hotel was supposed to be wonderful but it turned out to be a nightmare afterwards. I asked if we could extend our check our time until 2:30pm, explaining I wanted my partner to have some rest before our departure. They accepted it, but the lady staff told me we must check out by 2:30pm. I agreed and paid €30 for that extension together with all other expenses immediately. Then I went out until shortly after 2pm. When I came back,the male reception staff angrily told me I had to pay extra as we didn’t leave by 2pm. I had to ask him to calm down, explaining that it must be a misunderstanding and I told that the lady staff had said we could stay until 2:30pm. Then the lady staff responded she was expecting us to leave between 2:15pm to 2:30pm, not by 2:30pm, which was not I had heard when I made an extension. I told them we would leave at once but their attitude was staying very rude. We had to evacuate the hotel in a hurry and I forgot some important items in our room as we were panicked. We managed to leave by 2;30pm but the staffs didn’t even apologise for misunderstanding. The way the morning reception did to me gave me a real shock and I left the place with bitter memory than happiness. I will never come back to Roses nor this hotel ever again.

Breakfast was very good for the price, bar prices were good too. Very friendly staff, bright and airy foyer/breakfast room, highly recommended!

The property was well-located, the staff were very nice and polite. Breakfast was correct and with nice assortment.

I think cleaning can be improved, there were hairs everywhere, specially in the bathroom. Heating was also complicated, there was no way to change to AC and even when turned off the heat was unbearable, had to sleep with windows open.

Perfect location right on the promenade. Right beside many food choices and shops. Lovely check-in staff, breakfast was fine and tailored to various nationalities.

No coffee-making facilities in room. No walk-in shower option in the room level we booked.
