    Pros +

    • The surrounding area is pleasant with beach access nearby, proximity to the main road and a nice promenade for walking to the centre of Roses.
    • It was close to the beach and sights. Wonderful breakfast!
    • The staff : Helpful and niceThe location : near the beach and amenitiesThe view from the room (mountains and sea)The parking : expensive, small but available The swimming pool and the garden : we did not use it because it was not that hot but seems to be tiny if everybody would have used it.The hotel is very family/kids friendly

    Cons -

    • If you want to stay in a place where your partner will be singled out and publicly humiliated by a member of staff, the "Prestige" Goya Park is the one for you. Upon complaint we were told we were to blame, but not the hotel.
    • Wish to have better pillows and blankets! Pillow was really very flat and uncomfortable.
    • The room : too small for 3 beds (1 double and 2 singles), no tables/chairs in the room, only 1 night table for the 3 beds/ the two of us (parents)The beds : the bedsheets were very noisy at each movement done, the bed was uncomfortable (too soft) for me but not for my husband who likes it.The bathroom : smelly, no hangers for the towelsThe balcony : only 2 chairs for 4 peopleThe restaurant : too noisy, too busy with a very bad logistics (always missing something, for example the cutlery : spoon, glass, …) no tray so very inconvenient, especially when you have kids and have to go back and forth to get all the food you need, the milk coffee was not tasty, the food/buffet (breakfast or dinner) wasn’t good quality and expensive for what it was.The elevator : 3 of them but tiny and always busy that sometimes it was better to use the stairs. The mini golf : a bit too old and need some refurbishments

the room was nice, nothing special. the location was good. staff is very helpful

the food was very average. the elevators (there're 3) take forever to arrive (in the end we usually walked)

Good location. Nice and helpful employees.

WiFi didn’t work at all (tested on 2 devices). There was a lot of dust on the furnitures.

This hotel is in a very good location. Easy access to the beach and many other amenities. Private parking is available for a fee. Breakfast buffet is always good, catering for everyone.

The rooms should have more socket points. 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the bathroom. Was difficult when I had meetings and had to use laptop. Had to charge phones and other gadgets in the bathroom, not safe or practical.

    Good hotel with good breakfast

Very noisy children but this is a family hotel

    1ManuelPosted on: 8-13-2023

The fridge, the fan on the roof…

The noises of the weiteress in the morning during the cleaning at 7am, the noises from the other rooms, very poor breakfast quality, no parking free, no espresso free, no safety box free. The tent were not able to close the window completely in the morning with the problem of many sunrays coming on the bed…

Perfect food ( breakfast, dinner) with variety as 4 stars hotel on my view ( I ve been impressed about the dinner food quality, not expensive, every evening different things and amazing decicious options ...)Perfect airco, can set temperature and very good air circulation ( not in my face)Good refrigerator, I could find allways our drinks coldGood parking for extra paymentBalcony and the view, 2x seats and a tableFriendly staff (all of them with no exception, recesptioniste, cleaning service, restaurant...)Fresh smell in the hotel and room as well5 min walking distance from the beach

    Sound isolation between rooms

    7AnthonyPosted on: 9-10-2022

    the very good breakfast

people in the next room smoking canabis on the balcony

    6MartinaPosted on: 8-28-2022

We had everything we needed for our one night stop: safe parking, fresh pool, close to the sea.

Very overpriced (we understand that we were in a high season) for very simple accommodation in a block of flats.

    4GemaPosted on: 8-20-2022

The staff is very nice! Location relative to the beach.

It is completely overrated hotel. At best 1 star hotel. There is not much more to say. The facilities and rooms are in need of major renovations. In August it is not at value for the money, there is just not much option at that time of the year, even for just one night.

    7FrenchyPosted on: 8-1-2022

    good breakfast, room clean

_no car park available, spend one hour to find a car place._also regarding the activities like swimming pool, mini golf close too early

    7Robert S.Posted on: 7-21-2022

    Bar and pool area

Buffet food was often bland and there were some obvious quality corners cut in exchange for using up leftover inventory prior to expiration, like inventive desserts with brown bananas that nobody wanted to touch and that looked unappetizing. Other than that, the food was okay, but generally mediocre for the price

Great location, near to the beach. Friendly and helpfull staff, room cleaning every day. We recommend the stay in Goya park hotel.
