    Pros +

    • I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a nice experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from each morning. My room was a good size, with a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean, and I really appreciated how easy it was to access both the pool and the beach right from the property.
    • Very clean
    • Lovely seaiew room with a stunning view, comfortable bed and new walk-in shower. The food was plentiful and of excellent quality. Perfect location and friendly, professional staff. Looking to rebook and have only been home a few hours!

    Cons -

    • The bathroom in the room was on the smaller side, which made it a bit less comfortable. The biggest drawback was definitely the parking situation. While they advertise free public parking, in reality it’s almost impossible to find a spot. The hotel does offer off-site parking, but it requires about a 12–15 minute walk and a 10€ deposit for the key, which isn’t the most convenient setup. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt geared more towards families and older guests. At ages 29–31, we were definitely some of the youngest people there.
    • Beds are incredibly hard and not comfortable. The hotel needs updating badly.
    • Can't fault it!

large room, quiet, huge balcony on top floor with nice views, though no shade.half board options are totally fine for a couple of days. it varies at dinner time a little and the breakfast all the same. but enough to choose from and taste was good. nothing to complain and here and good value.

room was hot as aircon did not cool down at all, was more like a fan. requested a room with bathtub and baby cot which was confirned at checkin desk upon arrival. entering the room.... no bathtub and no baby cot provided.we stayed in the room and baby cot was brought later on after informing.

the position of the hotel and the food.

we booked to use th spa, but there was no one on the desk so lots of people just walked in without booking. iIt was so overcrowded in the pool you could not swim. When i told the person at recptionhe said he knew but that it was only that day, i told him it had been the same the day before. One of the main reason we use this hotel is for the spa facilites.

    Location, restaurant (specially dinner)

Room is a little bit small and equipments are old

    8KimPosted on: 9-1-2024

Location and pool area were amazing and we were lucky to get free carpark outside hotel.

Reception staff not as happy or welcoming as others places stayed in our 6 weeks. Got the impression English visitors in Roses is not common. Bed too hard for me so not a great sleep although husband loved it.

    10AidaPosted on: 9-1-2024

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very good, in a quiet nieghbourghood next to Roses center. The view from the room was breathtaking.

If something, the bathroom in the seaview rooms is a bit outdated.

    6AnaPosted on: 8-8-2024

    Hotel is clean

Old hotel, no parking, staff is not customer focused or willing to help the guest.

Beautiful beach in front of the hotel with gardens and a pool!

    7NuriaPosted on: 7-28-2024

It is by the sea and the staff were very friendly.

The pool was very small. The rooms were a bit outdated and the mattresses too. We booked this hotel because we wanted to use the gym, but it had to be booked in advance and it was tiny.

    9JozefPosted on: 7-25-2024

All meals were excellent. A great selection for everyone. And of course the hotel staff is at a high level! The hotel has a perfect location. Just a few steps and you are on the beach. The beach is sandy with gradual access to the sea

The only downside is the outdoor pool. Small for me. .

    7AngelaPosted on: 7-4-2024

Good pool, good availability of sun beds. Right on the beach. Good breakfast selection

A bit dated and basic, could do with an upgrade. Beds were solid and hard, not good. Entertainment was poor, mostly organ music every night. Nothing modern about this hotel, was more for the older generation. Lots of line dancing.

    7DalePosted on: 6-23-2024

Great bar and pool. Very close to the sea also.

Bed was too firm and our view was of the emergency staircase.

    9DiannePosted on: 6-10-2024

Large hotel towards the end of Roses boardwalk. Nice room, very clean, with air con. Lovely pool area that is handy as Roses beach often gets windy and whips up the sand in the afternoons. Very good selection of food in the dining area (we were full board) which was constantly monitored by chefs and topped up/kept fresh. The dining room staff were all very friendly. We're veggie and there was lots of choices/salads. Dog-friendly. Good value. Roses is lovely too.

The acoustics in the dining room made it an unpleasant place to linger. There is thankfully a smaller side room where you can at least hold a conversation (just) with your partner. Large Tour Operator groups made it extra rowdy. The evening entertainment also madly loud - I know the clientele is predominantly older but I'm sure they are not all deaf :) it would have been nice to have a drink in the bar but it was just too loud, no idea why - it's not a night club so I shouldn't have to shout to have a conversation.

Location, good helpful staff & restaurant

Lack of plugs for bidet and bath/stopper, so unable to use. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room, although staff made it happen! SPA: pool, had problems and was closed, SPA area in basement not appealing, as SPA needs to be relocated to upper level, within sight of sea and natural light etc.Staff there very helpful, but concerns for their well being and working conditions.

    9VictoriaPosted on: 10-14-2023

Great location for vacation, balcony, ?,spa area

The room is too small for 3 beds and my daughter wasn't happy that the spa wasn't open for kids in the morning only after 6pm.

    Breakfast and location

The lights outside the balcony at night time. Tricky to park!
