The staff is very friendly. Good breakfast (9/10), very clean rooms, and well isolated. The dinner was ok (7/10).

Parking is 15E/day, and there are limited spots. Street parking is available on the street, but it's hard to get a spot.

The staff is amazing, super helpful and friendly. Spacious rooms. Breakfast was huge.

As it was a room for people with disabilities, we had no night stands and only one chair. But after asking they brought a second one.There was always a line at the coffee machine for breakfast... Maybe get another one ?

Excellent location, just a short walk to the sea. Wonderful fresh breakfast with a great variety of choices for everyone in the family. The kids loved the desserts at dinner and particularly the chocolate fountains.

Welcoming hotel, excellent facilities, excellent food selection and entertainment in the evening.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived in the middle of the night and Angel welcomed us. The rooms and public areas are spotless clean.Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food. Drinks and Snacks at the pool bar for a reasonable price. Short walk to the beautiful clean beach, restaurants and grocery shops.

The parking situation in the main season is extremely bad. But we were always able to find a spot in a short walking distance to the hotel. It didn't applied to us, because our room was on the first floor and we used the stairs, but the elevators are quiet small and slow, so that in rush times (breakfast) many people had to wait a few minutes.

Top! Everything was just perfect, kind staff, spacious rooms, very good food for breakfast lunch and dinner. I will come back soon!

The rooms aren’t big enough for a 4 star hotel, plus the food was very basic…. Expected much better quality.

It is not the hotel's fault, but it is extremely difficult to get nearby parking during the holiday season. If you need the lifts, you may have to wait a while due to the higher demand during peak times (breakfas and evening)

Personnel just super, helpful and very pleasant. The swimming pool is very useful and comfortable. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel.

Unfortunately, for the last 3 days, we could smell sewage in the room. Air conditioning not adjusting.

Rooms are renovated. Clean. Taste of the food is good. Live music.

Restaurant is not enough for all customers. You have to wait for 10-15 minutes to have a seat in the restaurant, especially in the breakfast. No drinks are included to the dinner you have to pay for drinks. Food is good but slowly renewed when it is empty. Finding a parking place is a nightmare. They only have few slots for customers. It is free but hard to find one. They ask for your all credit card details during the check in. It is unsafe. Position of the hotel is close to beach and some restaurants. But if you want to find more cafes, restaurants or shopping stores you have to go to Roses centrum (5-6 km). In the evenings, street vendors block the entire coastal road to sell imitation products. There is no way you can enjoy walking along the coastline. We are overwhelmed by the crowd. I don't understand how the municipality allows something like this.

We liked so much the room service, the hotel's personal and the pool.

Rooms clean fresh and views from 7th floor superb. Dinner bandb great value. Food was very good, buffet with big choice.

Entertainment not great but was Sunday night.

Plenty of variety at mealtimes catering for all European tastes. I didn't use the two pools but everything looked well maintained. Nice lounge with evening entertainment most evenings.A bus stop directly opposite the hotel, takes you right into town centre. "Must do " activities are the land train Rosas express, beautiful scenery especially Puig Rom trip,A boat trip , I missed my boat to Cadaques ( told it is beautiful but I had another lovely boat trip , to see fish from glass bottomed boat. Trips were not expensive. I travelled alone, but met lovely helpful people.

Hard beds, room so minimal it was tending towards cheap,.... spotless but not even a comfortable chair. There were health and safety issues in the bathroom, just a glass half screen on shower if you slipped in shower there was absolutely nothing to grab unto. I was looking forward to eating the paella but each time it was crispy and overcooked., so disappointing.

The room was on the 8th floor and had really bad wifi connection. Instead of giving us a new room on a lower floor , we had to wait until the technician came the next morning at 11 am, even though we said we started working from the hotel that day at 8 am. Asked for a couple's bed on the reservation and was given 2 single beds.Small room with a mini table to work in. Not a good quality/price trade
