Amazing stay with good facilities, breakfast and very clean room.

Spacious rooms, good breakfast, nice pools, very clean, comfy beds (even if I had to turn the mattress, the default position is with memory foam and that causes me back pain)

The mattress settings should be a choice, not everyone sleeps well on memory foam.One day we were left without towels, when we arrived in the evening no towels, although we asked and expected the problem to be fixed in a few minutes it took more time, we had to leave

Rooms are nice and comfortable. Tee facilities are available in the room. There is also sugar. But no spoons.

A very comfortable bed, a clean room and a lot of facilities. A good location.

No coffee, tea or kettle in the room. Breakfast was good except the coffee was the worst I have ever had, orange juice also not good. In Spain where they produce a lot of oranges I expect fresh juice not the cheapest watered down carton. Pity because this hotel had a lot of good points

Impersonal, crowded. Decorated in a very plain style. Could not cool the room.

A lot of pools, good breakfast and very friendly staff.Underground parking with charging point (reserved and paying)2 blocks away from the beach. Room was fine and badroom too. Bar at the pool had a very delicious assortment of food and drinks. (we only had breakfast included)

Fitness was okay but not a lot variation and strength.A lot of people sat at the kids pool and we're smoking while we sat there with our baby.Room was a little noisy, especially above the restaurant. You could here all the chairs moving but this was luckily between dinner hours.

the hotel is just a perfect 4 stars hotel . It does provides what is expected for a beach hotel and with a high quality. Nice showers, good AC , balcony , nice swimming pool, and lots of parking outside.

maybe the matrasses could be a little bit more comfortable, but pretty decent.

The hotel is great. Very close to the beach and with a lot space outside to choose from. Pool areas are great and the kids club is excelent. Rooms are good and clean all with a small balcony. Spa treatments are very good and last but not least, the food is great with lots of choices both at breakfast and at dinner. Big Thank you to Aleksija for receiving us so well and always helpful in the reception, Big thank you to Magda and Alexia in the kids club for entertaining our and other children always with a great smile and dedication, Big thank you to Eli for the great massages we have done, probably the best massages I’ve ever had.

The Gym is small but fair. Would like to have a few more options for training.

It's a fantastic hotel with clean, spacious rooms and a perfect location within walking distance of the popular tourist area in Roses. Live music in the evening and a mini club for kids. One of our beach towels got stolen, and the hotel did not charge extra.

Do not forget to book a parking space separately. My car was robbed in front of the hotel - good they did not take anything valuable.

Nothing reallyI think the only things would be the quality of the entertainment in the bar in the evening, as it wasn’t great. Very bland and quite depressing at timesSecondly the dress code of no shorts in the dining room in the evening, wasn’t policed - if you have a rule stick to it and get people to dress appropriately for dinnerAlso there were a lot of very rude guests who obviously don’t know the meaning of the word queue and pushing in was quite common

Room was very clean, spacious and quiet. It was very nice.Dinner and breakfast were very nice. I liked the buffet style where you could choose whatever you liked.

The only thing that was annoying is that there is no direct bus/coach or hotel shuttle service to/from Girona Airport. The bus journey took me almost 4 hours from Girona Airport. There was a long wait time between bus connections in Figueres. I took a taxi back to the airport which was expensive as I was travelling alone. Maybe Hotel Spa Mediterraneo and a couple of other hotels could pool together to organise a collection/drop-off shuttle bus to/from Girona Airport.

Waiting to get a table and being shown to a table when there were a lot to choose from. We specifically booked the hotel for the excellent food scores, however the reality is a lot of the food is of poor quality. If you like sausages that are so poor you wouldn't give them to a dog, wet soggy ham and chicken nuggets for breakfast, then this is the hotel for you. The melon was good so that was my breakfast. Two nights out of five the food was ok. The hotel was full of French tourists. I thought the French loved their food. Clearly they aren't very fussy at all. The Germans would have kicked off for sure. Would I visit Roses again? Yes, it's a lovely town but I would choose another hotel. Hotel 8/10 - food 4/10
