Staff at reception and the lady who cleaned the room were very friendly and efficient.

Price, location and view, staff attitude

Impossible to arrive in front of the hotel, parking far away, no fridge or coffee maker in the room, very low quality and poor selection of food for breakfast. Poor bed, virtually no insulation against the noise outside of the room.

Had run out of private parking so had to find alternative option. No facilities to make tea or coffee in your room (hotel has its own cafe)

Close to beach and town centre

No swimming pool and breakfast was poor. Orange juice was watered down, no rolls only different sorts of sliced bread and the jams were the very cheap variety in plastic packs that had no real taste. I didnt bother with it on second day and eat out. Hot buffet consisted of hard boiled eggs and tiny gristly looking sausages steeped in a red fatty oil.

Location is good

The rooms are very old, when we wanted a room at the seaside price changed to double of the other side.. The restaurant and cafe was closed at the most crowded time of season. Otopark was far, expensive and difficult. Breakfast was not very good.

It is very outdated hotel and area. The air conditioning did not worked properly and in summer it is very difficult to sleep and rest with no A/C.

Fabulous location in central Roses on the sea front. Good sized rooms with balconies. Generous breakfast buffet.

On the seafront and paid parking in front of the hotel across the street €16 for 24 hours. Breakfast included and lots of choice.

It was near the town centre and beach

We booked this hotel because it had a dining room and a bar.Neither were open , very disappointing.

Room/Balcony - Reception staff

Right at the beach front, they put me on the 4th floor which was really nice for the view. The room had a bath tub which was nice. Very nice staff, they let me store the bicycle in a special room.

The room is quite old and very basic (no big TV, weird artificial light). The shower didn't have any shampoo/ conditioner, just a soap installed at the wall. I guess the 90€ for one night is just for the views.

Decent hotel, with quite a big breakfast spread. The balcony had an amazing view of the beach, and is situated in a good spot

Fabulous hotel perfect for visiting Roses. Great location. Breakfast buffet style very good quality but a shame that the waitresses at breakfast were miserable.Our room had a sea view, basic but clean and very comfortable beds.The railings on the balcony however do not seem very safe and are far too low.Would highly recommend for a stay & would definitely book again.

First of all the staff was super helpful explaining where to eat and where to chill. The location is perfect, just in front of a pier where many ferries do tours. The views from our room were wonderful! Breakfast full of options to choose, fresh and clean.

Nothing! Everything was fine, but I think that a small fridge is a must to have in these rooms as same as a small kit of toileteries (earbuds, toothbrush, shower cap, ...typical set from hotels).

walls are pretty thin, we could hear the conversation / shower / etc from the people in the next room.
