Friendly staff, spacious accomodation, close to the beach and close to the arena where we watched a concert, parking in front of the hotel, good buffet breakfast

I had booked a loft appartment and then we got an appartment on the lowest floor.. I had a bizarre discussion with the hotel manager as she said: in France a loft can be any appartment. I must say that I do not believe this at all. Please be honest on your website

The staff is very friendly and they make everything possible to have a nice stay. The Breakfast is plentiful. It is a lovely and peaceful place. No loud animations or other noise.

Service is very friendly and nice. The place is kept very clean. Across the street from the beach- location is great.

Parking spots behind the building are extremely tight, hard to maneuver. The front parking is ok. While it’s hard to change this, it might be helpful to alert future customers and suggest alternative parking options, even if they are paid options. Some fixtures need to be fixed. The faucet in the kitchen sink is barely hanging on, or about to fall off. The bathroom in the hotel room may need update or fixing. The toilet tank wasn’t functioning too well, quite loud at night. The pipes in general are quite loud.

The beach is just across the street. The staff lady at reception is really nice. She gave us instructions how to reach our room cause we had a late arrival.

The neighbourhood is quite loud at night. The rooms could use a renovation. Parking space is awful behind the hotel. Dont go if you have a low suspension car cause you will be stuck. You can hear all the neighbours as isolation is extremely bad. Quite expensive for what you get. The hotel in front looks really nice but the rooms that are behind are not ok.

Super location, close to the beach. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Very helpful and friendly staff. Parking right outside the door.

Pillows not very plump, mattress was basic, but it was a stopover hotel, so overall we were happy.

Location, however pictures on booking are missleading, the property is not on the beach, is across the street from the beach

The facilities were poor... the painting was messy and badly done. Didn't look as advertised...

The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. The view out to see was stunningly beautiful. Breakfast was comprehensive with the option to eat outside overlooking the sea.

The check-in process was very simple and the hotel provided a detailed overview of how to access the room. The room itself was a good size with a large, comfortable bed and one small single bed. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was literally in front of an access to the Palavas-les-Flots beach; which was less than a 2-minute walk.

The room cleaning needs to be improved, as there were instances of dust accumulation on the doors, the top and within the shelf on the inside of the clothes wardrobe; on top of the light fixture in the bathroom; and just above the bathroom door threshold. An extra couple of minutes would have easily contributed to the room being spotless.

Parking outside the hotel was great. The room was okay but next to the main road.

The picture on the website of the accommodation, to my mind did not live up to my expectations. The area is heavily populated and a bit down trodden.

A Horrible Experience

My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable. Here are the key issues I faced:1.Room Odor: The room had a horrible smell that persisted even after opening the window. It was so bad that I struggled to breathe.2.Cancellation Policy: Immediately after visiting the room, I requested a cancellation due to the unbearable odor. The owner refused to accept any form of cancellation and didn’t even inquire about the issue. This makes me suspect that other guests have had similar experiences.3.Noise and Location: Despite the view of the sea, the hotel is located on a roundabout in the second line. The constant noise from cars, buses, and motorcycles throughout the day and night was unbearable. Additionally, groups of people gathered in front of the hotel at night, making it impossible to sleep.4.Rude Administrator: The administrator was extremely rude, which made the atmosphere even more unwelcoming.5.Thin Walls: The walls were so thin that I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, which further disrupted my rest.6.Unexplained Charges: We were charged an additional 60 euros without any prior notification or explanation. I suspect this might have been for city tax, but a courtesy explanation would have been appreciated.7.Tiny Bathroom: The bathroom was extremely small, and it was difficult to move in the shower without hitting myself.8.Parking Issues: There are three dedicated parking spaces in front of the hotel, but they were always occupied. Parking behind the hotel is available, but it costs a flat fee of 8.5 euros, and finding a spot is a matter of luck.I left earlier than planned due to these issues. Overall, this was a horrible place, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The man overseeing breakfast was exceptionally nice. Everyone was great. Allows dogs! Unfortunately the beach doesn't. Great stay. I would go back.

The apartment seemed shabby, we could hear the neighbours, we could not lock the door to the apartment, we could only use the electric shutters, there was only one toilet and one shower

It is very close the beach and the hotel has parking although very limited number of spots

We had much higher expectations considering the price. The room is tiny and it smells artificial due to some spray. The bathroom shower did not drain well so it was not so comfortable.

Great location,comfortable space,welcoming staff.Good breakfast and well-placed for visiting the area. Clean and well maintained. Room on ground flloor a good size.

There was nothing I didn't like really.It would be great if there were parasols to rent as the beach has no shade.Otherwise lovely place and we hope to be back.
