the beach is pretty basic without any excitement good /luxury facilities or activities. Nothing in the evenings to do in the hotel

Excellent location right on the beach , valet parking, fast and helpful reception and check in, lovely rooms, good restaurant and bar, beach beds umbrellas and towels included and on beach bar and food service.

Very nice and spacious rooms with a marvelous balcony and view of the sea. Reception, lobby, store, restaurant and bar somehow all flow into one another - great and really different from the usual design. Highly professional staff, always helpful, friendly and uncomplicated. Great relaxed atmosphere.

The food is great, both for breakfast buffet and the restaurant. The room is spacious and the spa, beach facilities are great.

Someone came in without knocking to take away the balcony mattress when it was windy. They did this while we were in the bathroom unclothed. I would highly recommend to avoid this type of thing.

Everything about our stay was phenomenal! The staff were very accommodating and professional and kind. The breakfast was outstanding and fresh and plentiful. The view was amazing!

I cannot think of anything to improve upon! The only thing that comes to mind is the weather. However, if we had to be somewhere with bad weather, I would want it to be here! We got facials, had dinner in the restaurant both nights and sat in the jacuzzi in the rain.

As regular visitors of this hotel (around 10 times now), we love the place: great staff, lovely spa, great food, very comfortable rooms

The restaurant's furniture is fraying and has numerous stains, making the experience from previous visits somewhat disappointing. We understand that changing (fixing) furniture is not an easy task, but for the level of service, the current state of the restaurant and lounge is not in the hotel's favour. This has to be addressed immediately. Otherwise, the price is not justified.

The view, pool and beach were excellent.

It was inconvenient to get the car in and out of the valet parking and parking was expensive for the area.

We are regular customers so we know the hotel quite well. We definitely like the hotel location (by the beach, we mean really "on the beach" !), the private parking, the quality of the room and up to a certain extent the food at the restaurant. Fact that the hotel is pet friendly is definitely an asset.

The furniture in the lobby and restaurant need to be renewed as quite old, worn out and even sometimes damaged. Music at the bar in the dining areas is too loud, especially when it is time to eat (and then you expect to be able to discuss without shouting). Too many junior staff members for a 5-star hotel; you expect more experienced individuals.

Only minor:You need to book Hamam ahead, and there's only a certain capacity, so make sure to do this in the beginning, matching your availability

An outstanding hotel. Five star luxury with fantastic staff and without being pretentious. Great facilities, spa, pool jucuzzi, and right on the beach. We ate in the restaurant all but one night of our stay and the food was delicious with a lovely Asian twist in some dishes. Every member of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would. It hesitate to stay again.

The restaurant options are pretty limited to the hotel and extremely pricey (50 euros / person at a minimum) for good but not exceptional food.

I never gave a 10 to any hotel but this one takes the prize. It is a 'simple' luxury hotel that manages to get absolutely everything right. Quality and comfort without unnecessary excess. A supremely professional and genuinely friendly staff - it shows the quality of management. Great location - perfectly Mediterranean without the zoo of the Côte d'Azur. The spa has excellent therapists. The restaurant and bar serve classics with quality but an easy earthiness. Beach service is supreme. In summary: just about perfect!

Magnificent hotel on a long beautiful Sandy beach with Safe sea. Glorious views from room, Elegant designer interior, Fabulous pool and absolutely delightful elegant Staff. Happy to stay in our hotel Haven As not much in the surrounding area to see.

Shame there aren’t more cute little villages and Restaurants nearby.

Great hotel a real gem. Super location, on the beach, quiet, beautiful rooms. Food was excellent with different choice according to the location. Staff was quick and friendly. We never waited for our food whether in the room or in the restaurant. The beach chairs were perfect, fresh water served every day. The pool was a great size 20-25 meters and good for laps. Attention to details and the staff could not been more attentive.

The hotel is a gem and had very high standards for its food. Unfortunately the surrounding area does not have any nice good quality restaurants.
