Ibis Styles Collioure Port Vendres

Excellent helpful staff, comfortable bed and pillows, clean and more spacious than other rooms we have been staying in, quiet, good breakfast, easy walk to port Vendres and 1 mile walk to Collioure on scenic road. Parking was easy.

Only that bathroom light turns off if you don’t move every few seconds.

Location and personnel were great!

Fitness room or Gym...should be removed from the description of the facilities.

Very friendly staff

The noise of the renovations. Woke us up at 9am with drilling and banging that actually gave us both headaches… I took a video to give an example of the level of noise but it’s not possible to attach to this evaluation.

Single member of staff was pleasant

Overriding the thermostat so that heating was max 19 (in theory) in fact it was a baltic 15 degrees on my room. Ridiculous. The signage also proudly stated that in summer the air-conditioning would not cool to less than 24. So they gave decided room temperature can be 19-24. Google it..

The location is rather good for the price. There are parking spots available right in front, a Lidl across the street, it's a 10 minute-walk to the harbour of Port-Vendres and a 10 minute-drive to Collioure.The staff is very friendly and helpful.The room was comfortable, the included breakfast is correct.They have a kids corner available that was great to entertain our kids (almost 1 and 3 yo).We couldn't enjoy the rooftop because it was still very wet from earlier rain.

Our room was a bit dark and the automatic light in the bathroom was really stupid.We had to put on the AC even though the temperature was ok, because the humidity from the earlier rain made the room feel a bit damp

Location was great. Opposite a Lidl and a short walk into the town and harbour.

Gym facilities - really should take that off as an offering. It is the size of a shoe box and the 2 machines don’t work. The small splash pool was quite nice, however. Parking is very limited so it’s a bit of lottery. However, I parked in the Lidl opposite the 2nd day without any problems.

We were given 2 rooms next to each other, however, the state of cleanliness of one of the rooms was such that we were immediately allocated another room (lots of dust behind the door, towels not clean), The staff on the desk were helpful, but this did not give a good impression

The hotel is situated on a busy road between Port Vendres and Colliure, with Lidl opposite. Traffic noise was continuous all through the night (including emptying dustbins). The car park is very small and we had to park down a side street nearby. The breakfast was acceptable, but we had to wait to find a table, then wait until bowls were brought out of the kitchen. No decaffeinated coffee was available. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Colliure or Port Vendres.

View if bedroom. Lack of window opening. Lack of toilet paper and towels. No parking available on site at all!!

-Good loacation-very friendly staff -triple room has enough bed for families with kids-the hotel has its own parking

-the rooftop pool should be taken care a bit more, the glass around the rooftop were very dirty and you can’t see the view through the glass-in the morning there’s only 1 staff there in the lobby, he has to do the check-outs and help with the breakfast arrangements, in peak season this is not enough.

Clean, welcoming, close to the small town for a wander and evening meal after travelling. Close to Spanish boarder . Less busy than nearby towns do perfect to relax after long car journey/ onward travel. Great breakfast!

Pool is cool and very welcome in this location but is small so not a place for long stay or kids to splash about just a quick dip!

Easy walk to Collioure, across from a Lidl's and has parking and a nice berakfast! And a small wine bar, too!

Everything. The staff, the facilities, and the location. The breakfast was quite good and plentiful.

I enjoyed my stay. There's absolutely nothing to complain about. Every staff member treated me with friendliness and kindness.

Our room was down the back on the ground floor, was very dark, felt like a dungeon room, it was very basic and didn’t even have a mini-fridge or kettle.Bed was uncomfortable.Not good value for money.

Very easy parking. Being close to both Collioure and Port Vendres.

The bad choice of automatic light on/off of the large bathroom : violent light would wake up my wife during the night, wit no control possible. Perhaps an economy for the hotel, but quite cumbersome for us.

The location, the view, the pool on the roof, the staff at the reception.

There was no fridge in the rooms
