Parking available but not close by to the hotel. Steps to the rooms. Not handicapped friendly. Strict check in time…3-7 pm

Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. Perfect location to catch our bike n barge which was 5 minute walk.

What stood out for us was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone was keen for us to make the most of our stay and in doing so gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. We also hired bikes from the hotel at a very reasonable price

Location to the town

No soundproof, very noisy from other clients in the corridors and rooms. The rooms were dated and the bathroom need a complete redesign

Beautiful facility overlooking the canal and short walk to the walls of the city. There’s a small garden in the back. We bought a bottle of champagne and the staff were so helpful, providing us with ice and an extra glass. We toasted the beginning of our adventure in Provence.

The shower configuration is a bit....odd - but nothing that would prevent us returning.

A little noise from traffic on the road during the day, and also voices from reception area and breakfast room between 8 and 9am (probably just affected our room). This is a minor point, which prevented an otherwise full on score of 10.

Comfortable clean and modern. Great welcome from the staff. Excellent location just across the bridge from the fortified town. Free parking provided in paid parking lots nearby.

Walls rather thin; we were woken up by a noisy couple who came in late at night talking loudly.

Location was incredible, in front of the canal and beautiful views to the medieval wall,room was very clean and bed very comfortable, special mention to Felix who was very friendly and professional.He helped us with a lot of information, parking is free.

This is a wonderful small family run property with attention to the smallest detail! Beautiful linens and beautiful bathrooms. Good WiFi connection. Great location, quiet and convenient to all the sites. Great bike rental 5 minutes away. Highly recommend!!!!!! Very friendly owners.
