Hôtel Le Saint Remy & Spa

The decor was exquisite and the service was amazing. Location was spot superb. We enjoyed ourselves outside the hotel as much as we did inside. Unique decor with great little quirks like a swing chair in the room and free refillable sparkling water.

WiFi was a little dodgey at the time we stayed due to maintenance work, but we could live with it.

The breakfast was lovely - beautiful room with many delicious choices and friendly, helpful service. Our room was comfortable and quiet - a bit on the small side for us so next time we would book a slightly higher category. We loved the location and walked into town for dinners and the amazing market. Staff was so helpful - it really feels like a family hotel and we were happy to have stayed here on our first trip to St Remy and Provence.

Honestly, nothing comes to mind - as I said, we would probably book a bigger room next time but we loved the hotel and the location and the town!

Location , privacy and charm

Room was great but would prefer a different location not near restaurant and staff going by .

Staff were excellent - exceptionally polite and welcoming. Room was comfortable and well appointed. I particularly appreciated the Dyson hairdryer - so frequently hotel hairdryers are difficult to use and badly positioned. Lovely turndown service.

A luxury hotel in the heart of St Remy that does not feel pretentious but provides an outstanding experience

Charming hotel in a provencal style. I particularly enjoyed the terrace where they serve all meals. Good addition to have little things to eat, out of the normal hours. Friendly helpful staff. The village is small but cute and with very good restaurants.

The pool

The breakfast was absolutely terrible, particularly at the cost of 35 euros! The scrambled eggs were totally dry and cold as if sitting there for days. The pastries were the same - not a decent croissant or pain au chocolates in sight. We have been spending six weeks in Provence and Southern Italy and appreciate it when a hotel has a good breakfast - le St. Remy does not!

Great breakfast! Clean, comfortable, and well-appointed rooms. Wonderful patio/outdoor space for chatting with friends.

Breakfast was very good ! The bed was comfortable. Drinks and food very expensive but that is 5* . The hotel location was perfect you could walk easily to town to shop or eat. The quilt on the bed was too hot but they kindly changed it for blankets

Service was great, very flexible to our needs, breakfast was excellent, clean rooms and property, showers nice as well.

The pictures are a lot nicer than actual property - more luxurious in the photos. Strange bedroom African-like decor with one wall painted black. Smaller room than expected. Would have been nicer to keep it simple like the exterior and photos of the hotel, it didn’t match at all with the photos and because of this the price doesn’t warrant it.

The staff are exceptional! Friendly and welcoming, amazing service.From the reception to the housekeeping and bar/waiting staff. We had the most wonderful stay and can't wait to return .

Excellent Location

The Saint Rémy is an exceptional hotel - not only its location but its standards are incomparable - the staff could not be more helpful - the rooms were superb - the food wonderful. There is nothing one could not enjoy about this hotel.

Nothing much - a small niggle was with the taps on sinks and showers which had an unusual mechanism - I think intended to be state of the art but a simple on/off might have been a better choice

The staff were wonderful. Handled every request we had for information, recommendations and made various reservations for us. The location was ideal for walking to restaurants, bakeries, wine bars and shopping. Everything within a 5 to 10 minute walk.

We found nothing that we would recommend changing except instructions for changing setting on the heating/AC system.

Location couldn’t have been better. Beautiful setting and facilities. The staff COULD NOT have done enough for us. We had a car and they parked it and brought it to us when we needed it. Such good staff.

The gym was poor and food was below par. But due to the great location, it took less than 5 minutes to get to great restaurants

Good hotel and service, but lacked some elements of luxury you'd expect given the price per night (i.e. shower very poor and all terrace's are not private and overlooked).

I loved this hotel. It’s centrally located right in town close to everything. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were excellent.

Great location

Hot water in the hotel was broken so couldn’t shower etc these things happen but there was no mention of this when checking in only when we raised it when checking out, would of thought it’s worth a mention as it was 30degree heat and bath or shower is quite a basic requirement.
