Le Vallon de Valrugues Hotel Spa & Villas

Excellent full-service hotel with wonderful staff. Located a short-distance from St. Remy, the hotel was wonderfully appointed with lovely touches and a staff that helped shuttle us to town and take care of little things for our stay. Very comfortable and well-equipped.

The staff were amazing . The hotel is lovely it was a treat for my birthday. The standard room was lovely with a little seating area .The spa was very nice but only could have an hour slot

The spa pool was available until 0930 woukd have liked a swim before breakfast

The staff were very kind, the hotel was clean, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. In addition, the garden and surrounding area were very beautiful.

The only thing I found inconvenient was the shower control.

New part of the facilities and rooms are great

Rooms in the main hotel complex are outdated and RC is making a lot of noise. It’s not at the level of a 5star hotel anymore

This Family run Hotel is absolutely amazing!Everyone in the Family is involved with every detail from serving wine to checking you in...the work ethic ingrained in this Family run Hotel is remarkable...The Chef..Who is the Head Mama is the absolute BEST in St.RemyBeautiful rooms and Suites, 2 gorgeous pools the surrounding grounds are beautiful I cant wait to go back!!

Pillows were very uncomfortable and too many lights from AC, Smoke detectors, gadgets, etc.

Expensive breakfast, long walk to town each morning.

Having the shuttle to take us into town and pick us up whenever we wanted was exceptional! Also Alex, the young shuttle driver was great, and had excellent restaurant recommendations.

Buffet breakfast was nice, but not worth 25 Euros per person.

We stayed here few a few days during our honeymoon. It was a truly gorgeous experience. The staff were so accommodating and quick. The amenities were everything you could hope for in a relaxing vacation. We loved how kid and pet friendly it is! It is just a short walk to the village center. We will 100% be staying here again!

Everything about this property was exceptional-location, staff, facilities, service. The hotel has a shuttle service to St. Remy, a big plus. On and outdoor pools, beautiful grounds.

Everything- we had a great stay at Le Vallon, location and premises were great, as well as the staff. Food was amazing, both for breakfast and dinner

The hotel boasts a stunning garden and a large swimming pool, set in a truly unique and picturesque location. However, the overall experience leans more toward a four-star standard. The property is in clear need of renovation, and the rooms—especially for a supposed five-star hotel—are surprisingly small. The spa facilities are very basic, lacking the luxury one might expect. With some investment and updates, this place could truly shine

I liked the professionalism of the staff and the quality of food in the brasserie and in the gastronomic restaurant. Breakfast was also very good.

I have found the hotel rooms and the spa not at the 5 starts hotel level: the room of very, very dark and small, the heating of the room was done only with the air condition and once the device stopped, it was cold in the room. The massage services were quite poor for the price we paid.

Really helpful friendly staff, excellent food, very nice gardens and super facilities.

Good size room. Free parking opportunity at the hotel. The breakfast was amazing.

The hotel is a bit used, should renovate soon, therefore I would say more 4 than a 5 stars hotel. Evening receptionist less helpfull but more selfconfident

Reception was excellent, very responsive and pleasant. The shuttle was very useful, never kept us waiting more than 5 minutes and flexible, really enhanced our stay.The outdoor pool is lovely, unfortunately during our stay it was quite cool a large part of the time. Breakfast was good, varied and plentiful, but pricey!
