staff was not very friendly. Nothing but eggs for breakfast. Couldn't get a cup of coffee before 8:30AM. For the price I am sure there are equal if not better places to stay

The hostess was fabulous and made every part of our stay extra special. The hotel is lovely, exuding a level of quality that was quite unexpected. The hotel enabled easy parking and exploration of surrounding areas with bicycles. The hotel is a great base for exploring the magical town of Saint Remy de Provence, and so much more.

We found having a car essential to getting around.

Beautiful property. Staff good not be more helpful and focused on ensuring your stay was wonderful. Cudos to Florence whose attention to detail and clients comforts was amazing

Only recommendation is to have the electric updated so that it accommodate all outlets for internet

The property is beautiful, the girls on the front desk make you feel at home. Breakfasts was great, location perfect. I would go back to the hotel.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Spa 1 hour excellent. Room nicely decorated, cozy.

We booked a suite which was excellent, very spacious and comfortable with a lovely shower room.

Dreamy setting with lots of cute villages around to explore. The hotel was lovely. Breakfast was great and the staff were very accommodating.

That the swimming pool was not heated.

Really Good breakfast! Room was OK, the Air Conditioning was a bit "conditional", but the outside temperature was great for me, so I just opened the windows. The staff was amazing!

Nobody works through the night. You can't get a bottle of water even. I'd recommend to put at least a vending machine at the reception.

Rooms were fairly small, good size bathroom. Breakfast was ok, nothing out of ordinary.

Nice location. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. Good breakfast. Parking space was excellent.

Quality/price ratio was mediocre. Staff was friendly however some more servicing would be expected when considering the price. The rooms were nice and spacious but not a lot of surface area in the bathroom.

Its location and charm

We got locked out snd they didn’t answer the answerphone as nobody around after 7pm . Luckily went on Facebook and they responded ! Also poor lighting in the roomAwful bedside tables

It's near the road which makes it more noisy at the pool.

Dirty toilet , shower covered of limescale , noise from the road , no rug and decoration in the bedroom , very tiny TV, breafast plates are smaller than a croissant , lobby and breakfast room furniture not up to 4*.... ( im a very big traveler I have benchmark )

1. Breakfast was excellent. 2. Loved the pool3. Service was outstanding from the staff who really couldn’t do enough to help.4. Beautiful building5. Lovely room 6. Provide a fully stocked mini bar and fairly priced7. Really clean rooms and great housekeeping staff.

1. No restaurant and a journey into town for food for lunch or dinner. 2. Offer a selection of cold platters at a fair price but could be a lot better than the three choices. Although the food produced was very good. 3. Staff go home at about 9.00 so if you need to order drinks or food it has to be before 8.30.4. Maybe they should have some arrangement where hot food can be delivered in? 5. Small square pillows which can be uncomfortable. 6. We had a garden room and scarcity of mirrors with good daylight. The bathroom mirror was not great for daylight as the window was misted and shady. There was a mirror inside the wardrobe which was OK for checking clothes , but the mirror close to a point to dry your hair was too high up. I am 5,6” and could just see my eyes. No mirror over the dressing table don’t know why! Similar complaints from other girls in party. Had to use my own mirror by the French doors to get daylight to apply make up.
