Very clean. Staff was helpful, responsive, and friendly. The garden was very nice and welcoming. Very well maintained.

Our suite was well furnished and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The location is very convenient for exploring this part of Provence.

The areas where I would recommend changes are: - the pool water is freezing. A heated pool would be such an improvement - please replace the towels. They are like using a loofah. We actually went out and bought new towels- please provide lamps. Just having the overhead, very bright lights are very harsh and not conducive to ambient lighting - it indicates no smoking yet our neighbours smoked continuously and there were ashtrays on outdoor tables

The room was comfortable and cute! The breakfast was served to me on my patio and was delicious. The pool was amazing after bike riding in 40 degree heat for 2 hours.

The property is tucked away and enclosed in an area that has a lot of businesses and a busy road near by, but they have done everything possible to make it a little oasis. We did not have any noise issues on the property. The gardens are gorgeous! We used the spa once and the pool/spa area is very nice. The family running the business is great! It would be good for longer-term stays for for people who want to do some of their own cooking etc.

We really liked the apartment, everything is new and clean.

Unfortunately, we were not able to use the pool and sauna, because it was only open until 7:00, and we spent the whole day traveling somewhere. When we returned, it was already closed.

Residence Melody is beautiful! The garden is lovely, and a surprising oasis in the centre of SRdP. Convenient location, easy walk to the market, shops, and restaurants, and right beside a grocery store if you decide to eat in. Bed was comfortable, and breakfast was enjoyable.

Pool was extremely clean with numerous loungers.Was an indoor pool but you could also sit outside.Towels were available.You just helped yourselves.Did not use the spa.The apartment was very spacious and quiet overlooking the lovely garden.What made it special was the friendly owners.

We had plenty of towels made available during our 12 days and would have expected the bedding sheets to be changed maybe once but was not too hot so was ok.

Hosts was great and welcoming!! The room is very clean an bed was comfortable! The location of facility was very convenient for us to travel around - different Provence areas. Just in a minutes walking distance a few supermarkets - Aldi and BIO food store. Would highly recommend this property!!

The breakfast

When we arrived at the expected time, reception would not open the gate, nor answer the speaker. The only reason we got in was because another guest came out. The room was cold and utilitarian, like a bunker. There was one tiny window. The glass door to the unit was not secure. The bathroom was in desperate need of an update. The towels were rough, threadbare and needed replacement. The shower head was falling apart. The toilet was in a closet and needed a night light or dimmer. The mattress and pillows were hard and flat, respectively. The blanket was old and gross. The cost to stay at Residence Melody was not proportionate to the accommodation. Lastly, there was a huge Rottweiler dog on the property and the owner’s mother told us it had bitten 3 guests so to stay away from it.

The apartment internally was very clean and comfortable, good air con and the staff were very nice.

The specific apartment we got was in a disappointing location, which meant we faced into a walled yard rather than the nice middle section of the complex. It feels like they shouldn’t have an apartment there as it defeats the purpose of booking somewhere like that when you wake up to face a grey wall rather than the nice part in the middle. There is also quite a lot of traffic that passes which is quite noisy if you are in the pool. We used the apartment as a base, but didn’t find it to be somewhere to relax and enjoy down time so much, due to the position of the apartment we were given.

Residence Melody is slightly outside the small town of Sant-Remy de Provence in what looks like a commercial estate. The ground is well kept, quiet and clean with a pool. The reception is very friendly and the apartment was brand new, well equipped and very clean. Lovely bathroom good bed. Nice attention to details with the guest information book, kettle, coffee machine etc and the breakfast, served on a terrace is copious and of good quality.There is parking space for the car.

because of the nature of the property with a large garden and a pool and parking space, it is situated slightly outside the centre. It is a 15 min walk into town which was not a problem at all.

Tranquil, well-cultivated oasis (with a pool) on the outskirts of St Rémy de Provence. About 15 minutes walk to the town centre, but with an Aldi and an Intermarché a few steps away, as well boulangeries, an organic grocer and other shops and facilities nearby.The apartment itself was excellent - compact and well-equipped, with possibly the best aircon we've ever experienced!The grounds are beautiful and are a fantastic place to relax, read a book, have a drink... or all three! The hosts, Clémence and Dylan, were helpful, responsive and informative.Secure, gated and covered parking is a bonus, too.

The property was very clean, well equipped and perfect for a 3 night stay. The grounds are well maintained and swimming pool a benefit. It felt very safe and secure. The proximity to the town and other locations was perfect.

Good location with free covered parking. Lovely pool in which to cool off after a day of site seeing. Comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Spacious bathroom. Friendly owners.

We mistakenly thought we were getting an apartment, but instead it was a hotel room with ensuite. And the wifi in the room was weak.
