The fact it was all redone with actual decoration and confortable beds. Enough for a good night of sleep

The room service, has some improvements needed. The bed sheets were not well done and the floor could be cleaner. Nothing that stopped us to sleep well, but we're expecting that.

The friendliness of the staff

Cold rooms , not too many towels, only 1 roll of toilet paper, no hygiene products . The cap from the shower floor was missing leaving a nasty looking hole and the flusher from the toilet was broke as well .

Hotel was nice and clean, friendly staff. But the restaurant was closed but will reopen in September. When I asked for draft beer I was told bottles only because of Covid which I found to be a strange excuse.Also the bar has a small snack menu with pizzas etc.

The hotel staff were absolutely professional, answered all of my questions, were available 24 hours a day and went out of their way to make me a sandwich for dinner since the cafeteria closed down for August. The room size was small, which I absolutely expected, but the view of the mountains and sunset from my bedroom window was awesome.

The hotel is not walkable to bars/restaurants, the bed was a bit hard but the worst was the roll pillow for sleeping; it was hard and angled my neck up so I could not sleep. I ended up taking all the towels in the bathroom, stacking them up and sleeping on those the rest of the night. PLEASE, get individual pillows! I stayed at another hotel in Navalcarnero for the same price as this hotel the previous seven days and there is no comparison...the previous hotel was hand's down the best place to stay. The only reason I changed hotels was due to them closing down for the month of August.

A very good hotel to stay for the night. Comfortable beds, new bathroom, air conditioning.

Honestly the receptionists both evening and night shift are just amazing very helpful also the cleaning staff they definitely do their job really good . One of the three rooms we booked had 2 babies and a sick person and that was a mess of clinix and diapers .The mattress is unbelievably good compared to 5 stars hotels I stayed in . Also cafeteria is open 24/7 and they will make you a pizza sandwiches coffee anything in the menu at any time

To be honest when we arrived we thought sh** looks like American highway hostels but once inside the hotel and rooms we changed our mind . Only thing rooms are small but hey we only slept in the room

The room and bed were great. However, breakfast wasn't so great because there weren't many options.

How far the hotel is from the Center. When I called the hotel they told me the center was 15-20 mins. It was 30-40 mins way.

Location and difficult to find

The location was handy! Its on the highway!

The staffs ain't friendly! We booked two rooms and one of them were not cleaned upon checking in! The corridor had a cigarette smell sometimes!

The location of the hotel was perfectly situated between my family's house and Madrid. The breakfast was good.

We wanted a room with 2 beds, but we got a room with 3 beds. There absolutely no room to walk between the beds. There was very little storage for clothes. The bathroom had no fan so after 1 shower, the bathroom was fogged up and very hot.

Hotel was next to motorway on the way to Portugal and close to Madrid. The room was spacious and the breakfast was very generous! I would stay again!!

We had a standard room so decor a bit dated, however air con was ice cold so no complaints. Shower was good and toiletries supplied.

Food was OK and cheap enough if you had the meal deal, however beer was very pricey, and no where else to go locally.
