TH Boadilla

The staff was very kind. I do not speak Spanish, and the staff was very accommodating.

My room was not stocked with toiletries like soap and shower body wash.

the hotel has no amenties, after 10 if hungry, there is nothing to eat and its in avery bad location

I mainly liked the staff they were always attentive and respectful. Also I really liked the services they gave such as their breakfast. Another thing would be the place itself, although it’s an “old building”. They really kept it cleaned and well organized.

Well the fact that the rooms itself where a little run downed, such as some floor tiles which moved, but nothing serious. It’s an old building.

Convenient located close to freeways out of centro ( you need a car).

Breakfast rather simple, and restaurant small.Water interruption took 3 hours to repair.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, the room was perfectly sized and it was always cleaned efficiently

The location was outside Madrid but with very easy to use transport links. Staff were very helpful when we needed things, for example we borrowed an iron

The hotel is dated, the decors a bit shabby and the drains smelt. The walls are very very thin so it’s quite noisy but I imagine this keeps the building cool. There are no amenities in the room such as a kettle for tea and coffee

Unfortunately no restaurant or somewhere nearby at weekends open.

It was a lovely hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was kind and thoughtful.

Unfortunately the breakfast was not the best! For a ‘buffet’ style breakfast, it was clearly not a good value for the price you pay. There are better options outside of the hotel that have better breakfast options with a similar price range.

Nice big room with good bathroom. Staff very helpful with helping me find a pharmacy & supplying me with regular cups of boiling water for my cold medication! Good breakfast with plenty of choice of drinks & food. Free parking under the hotel with easy access to the motorway network around Madrid. Tram stop just up the road if you don't have a car.

The hotel is usually used by people travelling on business, so it is a bit soulless.

Walls are very thin, you can hear even a light switch being used.

Location is bad, industrial area. I changed my room from over the breakfast area to top floor. When I did, the second room had no refrigerator. No coffee machine in either room, hard floors which means very loud walking and the walls are paper thin so you here conversation, light switch, toilets, etc. There were loud people outside til 1am and no English news channels. Both rooms had stained pillows and mattresses, only one room had a small shelf in the shower. One room had 3 hangars, the other 6. It would be easy and helpful if the management would do a simple overview to ensure all rooms have the same things,

Amazing staff, my son left something in the taxi and they went above and beyond to help us get it back. Simple hotel, clean with basic breakfast. Free fast WiFi.

There is nothing close by, no restaurants or shops. Boadilla is 15 min taxi ride but the tram is right outside to take you into central madrid. No tea making facilities in the room and the fridge wasn't that cold.

The location near to Boadilla where we actually live and are having building work done. The public transport close by and the cafeteria/bar LA PARADA just outside. Parking is also good plenty underground and outside.

My only complaint is that the beds are really hard. Woke up with back pain.

Reasonable location

I didn’t like about the hotel Boadilla because the staff was very rude and a bunch of scammers. Although the cleaning member of staff were nice to us, but some are racist.

I didn’t like about any of the property in the hotel the room were old and bed were uncomfortable.
