Hôtel la Capelle Millau

Super location. Near shops and restaurants. The views are fantastic from the hotel. Super friendly staff both in the reception and in the restaurant for breakfast. Clean room good shower and coffee machine. Best overnight stay we have had on our way to Spain. Will definately stay hier again.

This a modern stylish hotel. The location was great as there are plenty of eateries within walking distance. We were travelling on motor bikes and the staff were very accommodating by letting us park them by the terrace. The rooms are very comfy and the breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We plan to revisit Millau and we will stay here again.

Met with a charming member of staff who spoke to us in English on check in. Great start. Hotel is centrally located near plenty of restaurants and bars. Clean comfortable room. No lift to first floor. Breakfast not included in room rate unfortunately.

Nothing to add. Do not use sat nav to find hotel, as its past the car park on the left.

The staff were excellent, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal, being in the town centre. It's very modern & inviting. Good variety & quality of breakfast items.

The receptionist went over and above to help .She(Keisha) was probably the most pleasant,helpful lady I’ve ever come across in the hospitality section and I’ve travelled extensively.The hot was pleasant also with a great location and breakfast.

Friendly welcoming reception staff, we were allowed to check in earlier because the room was ready, this was really helpful as it was a really cold windy day.Room was small but well appointed. Excellent shower. Breakfast room pleasant with good breakfast choices.

Perfectly placed for the centre, parking was straightforward.Room good and breakfast good too freshly cooked scrambled eggs plus good selection of breads etc.Staff were so helpful.

Central, good room, restaurants and shopping close by. Receptionist was very helpful with local info and restaurant advice.

No parking but offered secure parking in shopping centre next door 8 euro for 24hrs . No bar and restaurant but is in centre of town, which is okay if weather good.

Staff was incredibly helpful, provided excellent recommendations for dinner. Secure motorcycle parking right in front of the hotel.

Parking a little far in nearby shopping centre but inexpensive

Good location to explore the old town. Comfortable bed, adequate cold breakfast but a poor hot one.

Hard to find even with Satnav and the parking was in a shopping centre multistorey carpark

our guy on check in was very informative and helpful with local knowledge and parking ideas and really made us feel welcome. the hotel is ideally situated and offers a good value breakfast including fresh cooked scrambled eggs and wonderful local jams.check out was easy, the lady made it very easy an efficient - a perfect choice for my wife and I from Australia

all good as expected, the excellent hotel is little hard to little hard to locate but well worth it.

Finding the hotel was not easy. Having unloaded the car the access details for the nearby car park were fine, although the pedestrian route back was confusing

Receiption team were very pleasant, happy and friendly, especially Lucy.

I understood this hotel to be biker friendly but it was in a perdestrian only area. The hotel were preadvised of my profound hearing disability and tried to assist by giving me a room close to reception.

The location is great. The staff is friendly. Very clean.

The WIFI did not work. When we checked in, we were given the name of the hotel network and the password. However, this network was not an option. Instead, another network with a similar name was the only option for the hotel. It was an open network and neither Mac nor Microsoft could access it. When I asked about this at the front desk, I was told that this was a common complaint by guests. Had I known of this problem, I would have stayed elsewhere.

Stayed here as a solo traveller cycling through. Incredibly friendly staff. Brilliant breakfast with again super staffing and set up and food and drink. Large, clean rooms with good WiFi and facilities and effective air conditioning. Quiet with a comfortable bed

Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff who will go the extra mile to please you, king size bed and comfortable mattress, separate toilet, quiet room.

Car access to the hotel and indoor parking, but you get there if you follow their instructions.
