central location - close to bars and restaurants. staff were all very helpful. we had an excellent evening meal in the restaurant

Atmosphere was very pleasant with helpful and courteous staff. Facilities were clean and extensive including a pool although we did not use it. Both dinner and breakfast met our expectations and we would be happy to return on a future occasion.

The toilet was separate from the bathroom and the cubicle was the smallest I have ever experienced! Virtually impossible to turn round and am glad that I am not a large person....! Apparently all rooms have the same sized toilet and the hotel has received numerous complaints about them.

Location, parking and ease of use.

No milk in rooms for the coffee. Ordered coffee from the bar and was surprised how much it cost on the bill. Won’t do that again Windows are not certain proof even when closed.

Good breakfast buffet. Not too far from the center of the town of Pau.

Street noise. Could not fall asleep due to constant loud traffic.

Bar,restaurant and swimming pool,also on site parking.

Restaurant was closed but had a local charcuterie and fromage plater in the bar. It was delicious.A large variety of food for breakfast. gluten free crackers were supplied for my husband.Walking distance to centre of Millau. Close to beautiful countryside and the Millau bridge.Free car parking next to the hotel.

Great location and on site parking. The food was good too.

The bathroom and toilet were in separate rooms but they were very small.

The room was comfortable with a view over the town and the Millau Viaduct in the distance. There was a good choice at breakfast. The dining room gets very busy at night. The hotel is a short distance walk from the town.

The location of the hotel, close to amenities, the stunning river, kids parks and town centre. The pool was a lovely treat, clean, safe and tidy.

The room was lovely and clean, sheets and bed very comfy however the quadruple room for a family of five was on quite small, not much space for pushchairs, luggage and people in the room at the same time. Pushchair often stored in the bathroom. Bunk beds for the kids were great but the space to walk in the room was minimal.

Location. Breakfast was good. Comfortable bed. Air con efficient but noisy. We have stayed many times at this hotel.

Our room was still being cleaned. Front desk seemed unaware. Moved to another room that was a bit cleaner but floor ingrained dirt and insects on walls and ceilings. Only one small complimentary water. Evening meal was surprisingly poor. We waited 40 minutes for our starters which were good. The main courses were inedible. On check out was given a small refund.

The reception staff were both welcoming and efficient. Furthermore, the room was comfortable and clean with a pleasant view over the town.We thoroughly enjoyed our meal in the restaurant and a nearby pedestrian tunnel gave easy access to a riverside walk under the road. This was great for walking our dog.

Location and friendly staff. Added bonus of a small pool area and a car park

Clean rooms, welcoming staff. Great position to walk to river and into Millau. Nice views of the hills. Lovely to be able to swim after a long journey.

Only a couple of minor niggles:1. The separate toilet in the rooms is tiny. 2. The environmental effort of paper cups for hot drinks and water in the room rather nullified by wrapping them individually in single use plastic. 3. The breakfast buffet-more of a choice of cheese would have been welcome.

Lovely pool air con ok staff friendly we got there at 12-30 and room was ready. Breakfast good 6 mins walk to main square

The rooms are small and we had additional bunk beds so it was a tight fit for 2 nights.

Good location, Millau gives a great view on the Viaduct.

Restaurant experience was a disaster. Understaffed, waited for dinner for over 90 minutes. Quality of food sub-par, vegetables not provided even though advertised.

Cosy, clean, well located.

The quadruple room is very small. I mean extremely small, you barely have space to breathe.

Great location near to excellent biking roads, close to the centre but not too busy. Comfortable bed, great staff & food. Good shower. Safe parking for motorcycles in the flat surface carpark, or a dodgy steep ride down into a secure garage if you really are paranoid about leaving bikes outside (never had any issues the times we have stayed).We have stayed three times now and I've still not managed to swim in the lovely little pool!

Separate toilet is VERY small. If you are above a UK 16 or have long legs it's a bit like a yoga challenge!Premier rooms are sold as being more spacious & with a Viaduct view but they are exactly the same size & the view isn't worth bothering with. Take the winding road that heads underneath to get the best view!

Staff very friendly. Good parking Restaurant was also good
