Very clean & modern, with excellent facilities.

We didnt realize that it was a little far from the old city, which was what we had come for. On the other hand, the only places to stay in the old city are AirBnBs etc., so for us, a good tradeoff.

The safe did not work, It was changed for a safe attached to a table which was easy to remove

Decent sized, comfortable, well furnished room provided all necessary facilities. Wide choice of items from the buffet breakfast. Helpful, efficient staff. Plentiful street parking space in surrounding area. Located in the new town around a 20-30 minute walk from main old town points of interest.

Personal was very nice, smiling and helpful. Commun areas are very nice and big. Very good breakfast. Price quality is very good.

This was as near perfect as could be. Great room.. fantastic bed. Staff welcoming and helpful. One small thing, the coffee shop was not open all the time for coffee although sodas snacks and sandwiches were available. Bus stop to old city and train station right there. Almost perfect and yet great.

Breakfast was quite good, the room was big enough and comfortable. Everything was clean and mainly met my expectations. No problems with parking places right in front of the hotel.

No drinking water, no kettle, tea and coffee in the room. The bar at the reception doesn't work all the time, at least when we arrived in the evening.

Close to the bus station. Easy walk to restaurants, cafes, and the historical sector (for people that are fit and enjoy walking).

We had noise overnight. Once with someone walking outside of the hotel rooms shouting someone’s name and another with barking dogs that seemed to be in a room next door.

We loved the facilities. The room was very well designed, and comfy.

We simply felt the need to have one more chair in the room, and we asked for it, but nobody brought us one.

Nice stations rooms, nice mattress and amazing breakfast. I love to stay at NH Cuenca; it’s my preferred hotel there.

Sometimes you can hear noises from the corridors, despite the facto the bedroom has a door to separate the bedroom from the private hall.

Tidy and clean. Breakfast was great.

We have a small dog but tarief is quite expensive. 25 euro a night. But still i am happy that they allow pet in the room.

Easy access to the hotel, large on-site parking, friendly staff, spacious rooms

I understand that it is the hotel's policy, but it is a little disappointing that there is no kettle or coffee in the room. If you go to the reception, they will take care of everything individually, but it is a bit of a hassle.

No heating mainly, noisy fan a/c, kept waking up cold, lost lot sleep, noisy traffic suxth floor up noisy motocycles, would not stay again

The location was perfect, had secure parking and was a 20 minute stroll into the old town. Bedroom was ultra clean & comfortable. Great beds in our twin room. The breakfast was top notch, plentiful, varied & fresh. Highly recommend it. Best of all the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.
