The room was good-sized, and the bathroom was very nice. A large bottle of water was provided, and the staff was kind and gave me a second one the next day. There was lots of marble and a large tub, so I took a bath. It was very quiet in my room, so I slept well. The full buffet is €13, but you can order the half buffet for €6.50 and choose either sweet or salty. They have a nice gym and a separate room of the lobby to relax or work.

My room had two twin beds, but they were more like cots, so it wasn't very comfortable. Everything else was fine.

Staff was accommodating, breakfast was delicious & room was spacious & clean.

Location is not near city center or Plaza Mayor but easily attainable by local bus or taxi.

Easy parking and good breakfast.

The pillows were somewhat hard and talk to my liking. A car is needed to get to the old town.

The bath was broken (crack) and the aircon (inverter) not working cooling. But it was ok.

A good sized room and very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable but the bed did creek! The bathroom was nice with good lighting. We cannot comment on breakfast as we didn’t have it.

The hotel is a long way from the centre of Cuenca and the restaurant choice was limited

It was very clean, peaceful, and very friendly staff. There is a good option with a private indoor parking in case there is no place outside near the hotel.

Lovely stay, really friendly and helpful staff. Clean comfortable room. Secure parking included with room, clean gym, good wifi throughout.I would stay here again

Very good welcome from the staff. Had a good breakfast in the morning. Just a short drive to the old town which was beautiful.

It was disappointing!

The breakfast 'hot' option was cold. The bath was damaged. There was no safety rail. The parking was very limited. There was no facility for in room tea/coffee. There was no food available beyond breakfast. No bar in hotel. Too far from town. Very expensive for average offering.

Good location, excellent reception / local information and a tremendous selection of food for breakfast, The room was spacious and comfortable .Add secure underground parking and reasonable prices and you have a GREAT DEAL!!! Will definitely use again when in the area.

Very comfortable hotel ,easy to find and very easy for onward travel.The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of information about visiting the the fabulous old town.Although further out of town this gave us the opportunity for a walk which we both enjoyed.

Was a bit noisy but we expected that due to the location and it did not spoil our stay whatsoever.

This hotel isn’t 4 stars, they don’t have pool nor spa, I don’t under why they tagged themselves as 4 stars. Breakfast was ok, but once again not at standard of a 4 stars hotel

Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, very good towels and toiletries and a courtesy 1-liter bottle of water was included. The room faced a park and the outside was quiet at night

It was very warm in the hotel and in the room so I had to switch on the air conditioning in March and keep it working all night. The air conditioning was very noisy, I could only sleep because I had a couple of ear-plugs with me.

Overall very good. Great spacious bathroom no problems with water temperature and pressure. Friendly staff.

We had 2 rooms near each other and the 2nd was much colder. When you stay near the window you feel draft wind in your foots. During breakfast you need to ask personel to make fried eggs. First of all you could print it somewhere.also there are just 3 waiters and it took time to get your eggs.

The hotel is very far from 4 stars. The room is small.The room as and hotel is simple. The double bed is not big.The hotel does not have a bar. Not provided bathrobes and slippers.

They had some English tv channels. Staff were amazing. Free underground parking.
