Hotel LB Villa De Cuenca

Secure parking. Breakfast was ok. Room was functional. This is a basic hotel in an industrial estate area. It meets every functional need for someone requiring a room for overnight stay. It was clean, easy access, and met all of our basic needs.

The front desk is not manned 24hrs so we had to work out how to gain access using the instructions online. That took us a while but once we got it, it all made sense. Same issue trying to access the secure parking garage out of hours. Suggestion to include a couple of pictures with your instructions to assist.

Away from the traffic of the city, yet close enough by motorcycle.Secured, underground parking. Very clean, good size bedrooms. Wifi good enough. Very kind cleaning and reception staff. Good instructions for self check in.

Well, mid october on a rainy day, the room was a bit colder.

The light coming through the glass wall of the bathroom into the sleeping area whilst using it at night. The steep angle of the ramp from the garage especially as we had a fully loaded car.

We were delighted to find this hotel, with its easy to find out of town location - a little industrial, but as 2 freezing cold motorcyclists, this was far better than tackling twisting steep streets in the town of Cuenca itself. A very warm welcome from the guy on the front desk.The room was a good size, well equipped and modern, and The walk in shower was nice & hot and very powerful - a real treat.What spoiled our stay was the fact that the booking.com listing said it had a restaurant, which we intended to use, as there were no restaurants within walking distance, and we didn’t want to get our riding gear back on to head out at dinner time.A sign in the room said that on Saturdays, Sundays and bank hols only a limited pizza/pasta/paella menu was served - as it was a Saturday we were fine with that. But when we went down to the restaurant there was a sign saying it was closed completely sat, sun etc. Very disappointing that the booking.com listing didn’t make this clear.

Breakfast was best part. Beds comfortable

Noise. Walls very thin. Cannot sleep with air-conditioning because it was noisy. Wasn't necessary we were warm enough. Bathroom/ shower soap was a refil of a hand soap bottle. Can't see exactly what is in it. Is it conditioner or soap. Shampoo or just plain old hand soap. Would be great if hotel had a dispenser and not use old used hand soap containers. Pretty far out of cuenca but with car it's ok. Could do with a kettle, complimentary tea bags or coffee.

Hotel itself is new, Staff friendly.

If you stay in winter, get ready for freezing cold floors, the heating system is EXTREMELY loud in room, had to switch it off during night, as it was not possible to sleep due to laud noise! Location - in the middle of nowhere between warehouses. There was no breakfast even if advertisement said its possible for separate pay.

The location on an industrial estate with no facilities.The hotel is cheap and it shows, my single room was tiny and everything seemed a little tired.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was in a quiet location that was easy to get to interesting places.

everything, the smell in the bathroom ir was horrible, the fact that we had to pass stairs with the baby trolley to the end of the hall…

The room was clean and warm. The hotel was modern and well maintained.

This was my first time using remote check in. It was a challenge aas I do not have internet access on my phone. Luckily I was able to phone the manager who spoke good English and talked me through the process, but it was quite disconcerting.
