Pros +
- Good location, easy parking (onsite and outside), clean and well maintained. Helpful staff.
- Bed was very comfy and pillows
- Clean, good location, good parking
Cons -
- The staff did not speak any thing but Spanish, communication was chalanging
- The outside of the building doesn’t look very nice but doesn’t reflect the inside.
- Maybe restaurant closed and no options at the bar to eat . The fridge in the bedroom might have had beverages and snacks. Also a kettle with instant coffee would be appreciated

Clean, good location, good parking
Staff customer interaction was not the best. Understand English is not their first language but not best efforts made
Nice location near the city centre and short walk to the old town
Quite old fashioned. Toilets have the loudest flush in the world - like an explosion!

Modern hotel, 10 minutes walk (see below) to the centre of Cuenca. Nice outside area and good quality tapas served with drinks orders. Underground parking for 11 motorbikes was very good. Room was good size with excellent shower. Breakfast was good for 11 big hungry bikers.
We were unfortunate in our dates, it was a holiday Monday. Firstly, the chef rang in 'sick', so suddenly and without warning there was no dinner available - only ham croissants and burgers. Secondly, the air conditioning failed in some of the rooms so the bedroom temperature was 28 degrees not great for sleep. The receptionist told me this was being fixed (as we departed). Only that I had prepaid the hotel, I would not have paid full price for the lesser services.
Location good. Very comfy room
Mini bar not clean. Restaurant menu very limited. Air conditioning not cool enough.
Very pleasant businessman’s hotel in a quiet corner of the city…a bit of a walk to the main sights/touristy area of town (say, 15 min). Standard, comfy room, clean, polished wood floors, elevator…incredible deal for the price (50 Euros).
Location was a bit out of the way from the bus station and the historic center, but not horribly so. The price more than made up for that!
Nice to be close to the park.
Room was very hot - ac could not keep up and it was too noisy and brightly lit outside to sleep with windows open, although it was cool enough at night. Prefer 2 regular pillows to one long one. The staff seemed put out.
Great location. Good restaurant & bar.
There was a light in my room near the door that wouldn't go off - tried explaining it to staff on departure but I don't think they understood.
Clean, comfortable, good service, affordable
Everything was perfect
Very friendly and helpful reception staff.Excellent location and good size clean room
Pillows were very uncomfortable. I guess the hotel is due for a refurbishment, a bit dated
Easy to find, just off one of the main roads around the city. Clean, reasonable breakfast.
Smell of drains in the bathroom but in fairness have often come across this in Hotels in Spain. Fair walk to the old Town so not the best location if your trip is to visit the historic sights.
This hotel has everything going for it. It's rooms are large and very clean with comfortable beds. It has a wonderful buffet breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful. It has a safe place to park bicycles overnight.
Clean rooms
Awfull toilet system, extremely noisy (if anyone in the room flushes, it will be heard very loud). During the night if someone flushes, you will wake up based on the noise.
Nice clean hotel, close to the centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is well located, 10 minute's walk from the base of the casco historico. Our room was comfortable, the bathroom worked well, and the opening windows were a plus. Staff who checked us in were friendly and helpful.
Small things: the room was too warm, even after we turned the heat down a lot. The toilet flush was very loud.
Good location 20 mins walk from Plaza Mayor in historic area. Parking space at 16 euros per night was available in small underground garage with lots of columns (could be awkward if busier). Hotel staff pleasant and helpful. Clean hotel and rooms, with cafe-bar area, large breakfast room with plenty of breakfast options. Reasonable room rate (unexpectedly low for four star hotel - but there is a reason for this I believe…).
Not sure how this hotel gets a four-star rating. The dated and in parts, uninspiring, nature of the hotel is clear - it is in need of an upgrade to attain what is kn my view a real four star level. However, the huge ‘No’ for me was the incredible heat in the room (in March) - with no air-con or climate control other than a fan system which basically pumped out more heat despite being set to coolest setting. We had to turn off the fan system entirely and open both windows as far as possible - and still sleep on top of covers (duvet absolutely not needed) in a vest. The cool night air still struggled to make it into the room… I hardly slept. In my view, they need to urgently install climate control in the rooms.
I love cuenca..
Arrived at the hotel on the 25/02/2025 @2pm staff informed me that there was no water in my room but should be fine by 5pn.. Upon running the bath the water was a colour of brown so I wouldn't have a bath.. But took a video and showed the desk staff.. After telling me that it had been sorted I tried gain but still the same.. On the 26/02/2025 I was moved to another room..
