    Cons -

    • Ventana a patio interior desagradable Mal mantenimiento
    • We were checked in to an occupied room (but this was quickly sorted out). The quality of breakfast was very disappointing (industrial products) as dinner in the restaurant the night before was very good.
    • The room was dingy and noisy as the restaurant was above our room and they start dragging carts across the floor at 7 in the morning. The shower didn't work and the towels and bedding had seen better days.

    Nothing really.

The room was dingy and noisy as the restaurant was above our room and they start dragging carts across the floor at 7 in the morning. The shower didn't work and the towels and bedding had seen better days.

    The view of old town

Breakfast was horrid: ice cold, semiliquid scrambled eggs!

    The room...

Shower and bath.. I prefer a walk in shower only.. I had a problem with getting in and out of the bath...

    Very convenient could walk everywhere

Disappointed the Restaurant wasn’t available , however we enjoyed eating around the corner

Everything. It was close to main attractions, and comfortable with a kid. We had a two room suit with a beautiful view of the city.

Nothing, it was very comfortable and clean, and everything was great.

    location and good beds

noise in the room coming from corredor, next rooms and if you are 6th floor may be people dacing in the restaurant.

Excellent hotel. Room was spacious a D very clean. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Great location.

    2RobertPosted on: 9-25-2023

The location is good and the view from the 7th floor restaurant spectecular.

The hotel has a tired and very dated look. The room we had was dark and dimly lit. The view was straight into other guests rooms. The bathroom also had bad lighting. The bidet only had cold water. The hot took a long time to warm up. At breakfast, the scrambled eggs were lukewarm, the bacon cold and the coffee awful. To be honest, we have stayed in better pensions and 1 star hotels. I have no idea what the 3 star rating is based on. Very disappointing and way overpriced stay.

Nice greeting. Good staff. Good location.

    7LegettPosted on: 6-12-2023

This hotel is well located in the centre of the city overlooking a very nice shaded park, and only a five minute walk from the main coomercial/restaurant area.

    Nothing in particular

Friendly and professional staff. Great location. Nice room and view!

    8MarkPosted on: 4-7-2023

The Location and room were convenient, but a little bit far from the historical center.

There is no parking, excluding blue lines payment by the wending machine.

    9DanielaPosted on: 3-26-2023

The hotel is not far from the train and the bus stations (less than 10 min. on foot). The room was clean and with a good view of the park in front of the hotel and of the old city. The breakfast was served at the 7th floor, on an amazing terrace, with an amazing view of the city. It was absolutely adequate for the price, with a large choice of different home-made cakes.

    9AnthonyPosted on: 9-13-2022

Excellent position in old city, with exceptional taxi service to Cathedral and hanging houses, etc.

    Price and access to parking

New town on Cuenca not very pretty and pavements dirty. Old town was lovely and hotel close access.

    8StephenPosted on: 4-30-2022

Great location for the City Centre and also the Old Town.

Very disappointed to find that you have to pay €6 per day to use the Safety Deposit Box. This was not advertised and is frankly outdated in this day and age ! Had we known this in advance we would have potentially booked elsewhere. Car parking opposite side of the park outside hotel, €13 per day with Parkserve.
