Cons -
- Everything was amazing!!!!!
- I didn't like the breakfast. I wish we had found a place outside of the hotel. Not very fresh and in a part of the hotel that was neither charming or modern.
- Reception staff was quite unfriendly. Not nasty, but far from welcoming.

We had a corner room with lovely views. Very well located.

Clean room, nice showers and double sink. It had refrigerator. Superb location just one block away from the Cathedral.Nice beds but I would have liked more covers.
Penthouse room with low roof and awkward windows that needed a step ladder to reach and look outside. All these details were not mentioned on the room description. You had to lock the doors from inside. They should warn you that they are old school.
A perfectly quiet hotel in a great location. The room was cozy and clean. The beds were very comfortable.
The location is perfect for walking to all sites. The staff are exceptional (front desk, housekeeping and food service). We quite liked this property and were made to feel welcome by everyone.
There wasn’t a coffee maker in the room. Nor was there coffee in the reception area and the restaurant doesn’t open until 8:00am so if you’re venturing out before 8:00 - no coffee. Also there’s a strong smell of chemical cleaner throughout.

Air conditioning in the room was not enough Restaurant was expensive
Super location, 1-2 minutes from the town center. Very roomy accommodations and spotless clean
Need to go outside the property to get breakfast but are tons of good places very nearby.
Very clean hotel, with a carpark just up the hill about 400m. The restaurant was attached on the side and it was very nice with couches for a relaxing drink. Fantastic location!
Wonderful stay and our room had a great view. Such a quaint and unassuming hotel in a beautiful old town. Lots of character and great restaurant below for dinners and drinks. Surprisingly very little noise at night. Location is meters away from the main cathedral and square with quite an upward walk to the top end of town, but this was to be expected! Can highly recommend this hotel and really worth a visit to Cuenca!
Fantastic location and staff at reception very pleasant but I would not recommend staying here. The room was stifling hot and the pillows were awful. We could not sleep. Restaurant nice and buzzy but staff unhelpful. Also there were a few things broken in our room which should have been fixed eg shower and lamp, which was held together with sellotape
We stayed in a beautiful room on the third floor with views of the mountains and city. The hotel is at a 2 min walk from the Plaza Mayor so very conventiently located to explore the old city and take the bus to the train station.
There was no pan integral or yoghurt for breakfast that was a la carte (overall fine).
The building and rooms are charming, historic and beautiful. We loved our entire stay in Cuenca!
Good location in the old town. Convenient to many bars and restaurants around the Placa Major. Close to the cathedral and the Roberto Polo modern art collection.
Common areas are a bit soulless.
The location.
We paid extra for the view but couldn't see that much of the city.
Convenient locationAstoundingly beautiful large room Friendly and welcoming staff
Hotel was very clean, quiet, nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant in the hotel and is very good
Located in the old Town center close to main attractions. Very good for a 3 star hotel.
Some noise from room next door
Location was great and the room was cozy
Heat was always high
Convenient location. Interesting old convent
You need reasonable Spanish to communicate and organise meals and parking. It varies with the receptionist on duty. Food available in restaurant next door
