The hotel was lovely. The staff were wonderful and so helpful! We also did the tour with tasting menu and it was fantastic!

The rooms were pretty basic and ours was dirty. We slept on top of the bed as there was hair and other debris on the sheets. The shower was a little awkward, too.

There is no air conditioning, and the curtains are quite thin, so the room gets bright very early in the morning. This means you’ll likely wake up at dawn whether you planned to or not (I did NOT).

Beautiful winery- We booked for a tour + menu at 55 euros/person and I it was worth every penny. Tour of the extensive collection of ancient pottery used for wine selling was interesting and informative. We loved it. The full course of lunch was above beyond our expectation; wine was amazing, the presentation of dishes were beautiful, foods were delicious, the restaurant had a beautiful view of vineyards, the staff/chef came out with warm welcome. Hotel room was modern/clean/comfortable.

Large room, quiet, clean, super large double bed, nice shower, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is lovely, very helpful with recommendations and reservations.

Extremely helpful staff with excellent English and catered for gluten free meals on the room service menu. Very clean and comfortable rooms and lovely to enjoy a bottle of their wine in the evening sunshine

The staff during the weekend was not ok...Rude person responsible for breakfast on saturday and sunday, as same as people at reception on saturday.The hotel was with a very low occupation and even that we had to beg for some extra pillows... what's was not done by the way.During breakfast on weekend same thing... my son asked for some scrambled eggs and a rude WE DONT HAVE was received... The Gym was close and to be opened we have to pay 15 Euros per person!!!! Unacceptable ...Beatfull place, full of possibilities, but a proof that a staff can kill your business.

I so needed spa experience- sauna and jacuzzi- for my pulled back to heal. They had it there. I love how you can reserve it privately for yourself for an hour or two or more. They provide with bath robes, towels etc. staff is very accommodating. We have booked the gastronomy experience, the visit to clay pottery museum and wine tour in addition. Breakfast is lovely. I love how the hotel offers open space everywhere, high ceilings, room opens into the vineyard and town Navarete with a lavish altar piece. Free and abundant car park. Wine tour and tasting was done professionally and passionately as Carmen is so proud of the Riojan wine heritage.

Stayed in room 109, had great view of vineyard, town, and mountains in background: Breakfast served was basic but good / standard for hotel in this range; wine tour was unique and learned a bit; staff very friendly… dinner in town at El Figon was outstanding (good because not a lot of choices in area)
