Pros +
- It’s a beautiful, modern hotel. The staff was very kind and attentive.
- Quiet and Nice Location
- It saved our bacon when we were stranded in our hire car short of fuel with no chance to make Soria. They were kindness personified under immense pressure. Our room was fabulous even though we mostly saw it in the dark. Breakfast was great too.
Cons -
- The location was far out of the centre. Across the highway, in a quite abandonded mall centre. So that was no good, but th hotel itself was fine.
- The sliding bathroom door has a slither of space when closed. Not a big deal, just might be bothersome if you’re used to completely closing/locking the door.

Good location, easy to find from motorway. Next door to large shopping centre. Staff very helpful.
Bathroom needs refurbishment.
In general, everything was very good - the room and the hotel itself clean and modern. Good price for the quality we received. The heating in the rooms was very good, even better than I expected, as I was afraid to find myself in such a period of time with a poor heating system in a hotel. It was a comfortable stay, and a place you would want to return again.
For the offered price, the breakfast should have been definitely better and more varied. The soundproofing on the floors was really bad, you could hear everything and we were lucky not to have noisy companies around.
Great breakfast, good valueClose to shopping centre and restaurants
No cot provided even though it was requested A
Basic reasonably priced hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly staff
The beds are very comfortable and I liked the fact that they left us a bottle of water per person.
The restaurant was closed until the 2nd of September.
location to our spanish facility. the spacious lobby.
the airconditioning : too loud and temperature keep going back to a warmer level
We stayed for 2 nights during June. The Staff were lovely, very helpful, able to speak English and happy to book taxis for us (no Ubers are available in Guadalajara). The location was perfect for us as we were visiting the athletics track, which was a flat 1.5 km walk away. A four-level, indoor shopping centre is about 400 m from the hotel and includes restaurants, cinemas, stores and groceries. The centre of town, with cafes and gardens, is within a couple of kilometres and is an easy walk. The rooms were well presented and comfortable, albeit showing a little wear and tear. We liked the foyer area that was set up with chairs and tables and provided a space to gather.
The water from our shower kept overflowing onto the bathroom floor because the water wasn't flowing quickly enough down the shower drain. I tried to explain to the room service staff that the drain needed to be cleared (with a drain clearing product) but I don't think they understood.Although not directly related to the hotel, beware of the taxi drivers they book to take you to the airport. As we arrived at the airport, the taxi driver wound down the window and called out to a 'luggage trolley man' to meet us at the car with a luggage trolley. We didn't require a trolley, our luggage has wheels, but they have quite a scheme going. Our driver wanted to be paid in cash (we only had some cash and paid the balance with a debit card), so while we were trying to sort that, before we knew it, our luggage was piled onto the trolley and pushed by the man 20 metres inside the terminal. Then he expected to also be paid in cash! He had just seen us give the taxi driver our last cash, so all we had left was Australian currency, which he took! The hotel could warn their clients about these arrangements.
The staff and the food
Too warm in the rooms cause the air wasn't control by individual rooms, but a central air station in the building
Bed was comfortable.
Room was a little too hot and the air con was not working, possibly because it is February. But opening the balcony door solved the issue.
Hotel bright and modern. Breakfast had hot and cold choices. Easy to get to by car with ample free parking. Room very quiet and air con worked well.Fridge in room very handy. Thanks for complimentary bottled water. Half board dinner very good- enjoyed Black Rice even though I am not a great fish eater! Walked through the many parks to visit the Pantheon (3 euros entry).
No English speaking TV channels. Would have preferred a soup option as a starter for dinner in Winter months. Would have been good to have a few more cushioned seats in restaurant/bar.
Spacious family room, friendly staff at check-in and at the bar, ample breakfast, easy parking - a good option if you are coming or going from MAD airport in this direction, as the access is an easy 30 min away.
Claudia at the front desk was very hospitable and welcoming. It was a very late arrival and a very early check-out so she checked us both in and out. She helped us getting a charging station for the Tesla. Appreciate it a lot.
Nothing at all
Staff were amazing, really friendly throughout the stay. The location was perfect- just outside of the centre, so it was easy to get around town. Rooms were really clean, comfortable and well laid out. Breakfast was just right- everything you needed before getting on with the day.
Nothing- can’t fault it at all.
Clean and spacious; ample free parking
Nothing really nearby… good hotel for travelers to spend the night as they pass by Guadalajara
Breakfast and all restaurant-related people were awesome. being able to charge the car was great as well, as was the design and presentation of the place. The hotel was not super easy to find, but once found it is a great location.
There were may small issues, mostly in the room, that were a bit annoying:The bathroom door didn't close (sliding door that would slide open by itself, we ended up using tricks to keep it shut)The toliet was misaligned (not obvious, but I have an eye for those things)The toilet also had minor imperfections here and there, as it is was a "b" series bought by the hotelThe worst thing was how noisy the AC was during the whole night, maybe something in the room (as the toilet and door issues) but still...The room felt a bit like somebody had decided to cut a lot of corners, the rest of the hotel was great.
Passable
At the evening someone opened suddenly the door and closed after recognizing that someone is in?!?In the shower you can’t control the water temperature - was only very hot
