It was a lovely hotel with very accommodating staff.Good location also. Comfortable beds and good bathrooms.
Everything was great and clean. Staff were all accommodating and lovely. Very professional and friendly
Great location, had a good secure parking facility
Wish it had a spa in addition to the fitness facility. Also would have been good to have a small balcony.
Clean, great location as I could to the office to work.
Corridors area bit dark
The staff are excellent
Bit quiet, functional and perhaps boring.
Location, staff.
Breakfast menu. For more than 100€ a night the breakfast menu is weak. Staff were perfect
Location. Underground parking at reasonable cost. Relaxed atmosphere. Competent staff.
No kettle in room.
The staff! Breakfast staff are legends. Grub is good. Reception staff are great. Jaime is a top guy always helpful
The bar/cafeteria. Not staffed or stocked well. The poor reception staff have to keep coming back and forth between incoming and outgoing guests to serve thirsty customers. Never any sliced lemon or believe it or not rarely any wine, in a region renowned for fantastic wine ? ?.
Good value for money considering Madrid can be much more expensive. Simple but comfortable room.
We couldn’t make coffee in the room. No kettle.
Great location, by the buses that take you to Madrid, Toledo and other locations. Also a 5 or 10 minute walk to the beautiful landmarks. 3rd time we've stayed here.
Prices have gone up and tall gentleman in the evening shift not very friendly or flexible. No coffee machines in the rooms. No coffee in the lobby and breakfast is very expensive for what you get.
Not much
For a hotel of this rating, not to have a bar or restaurant is UNACCEPTABLE. When asked why there was n o bar or restaurant was told “because they’re closed”! Underground car park - dark and no directions. When asked where the lift back up to reception, was told “ it’s opposite”. Opposite what. Grumpy and unhelpful staff on arrival.. breakfast good, check out good.
Good location, nice breakfast
The town is like the most boring in the world, and the trains to Madrid are always late. Has nothing to do with the hotel, what I mean is there's no point in staying in Guadalajara at all :)
Modern hotel, close to the highway. An ideal stop for a long trip between Barcelona and Salamanca. Nice spacious bathroom with green faux marble.
No restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was OK at best.
size of the bedroom and the staff
with my disabled 17 yo son,i booked a disabled room. The bedroom was fine, but the bathroom was a nightmare. The shower had a 4 inch step into it.The floor tiles where normal tiles not nonslip.water on the tiles made my job harder lifting my son in and out of the shower. The toilet was lowest toilet ever, there where no rails to help him on and off. This bathroom was not good at all.Idid ask at reception about the room and they said it was the best they had.Would not recommended for disabled persons
The room was spacious, very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Additionally the air con was simple to use and very effective.
Any hotel that cannot feed its guests at weekends is not going to get a 5 star rating from me. Arriving late on a Saturday evening and discovering we couldn't dine was far below my expectations. Despite most aspects of the room being ideal; a word of warning about the shower tray which resembled an ice rink...tread with care.
We spent just one night. Good location, walking distance from city centre. The breakfast was very good.
Room was not very big.
On site parking.
Staff communication was v v poor. We were not told at checkin that EVERYTHING in town was closed on the following day, a Wednesday. On the Weds we were told the hotel restaurent was closed all day. Nothing open nr hotel, we had no lunch and we had to walk a long way to a "fast food" ? outlet for evening meal. Returning to the hotel, the restaurent was open! Reception chap not interested in our experience and offered no sympathy. I suggest customers are advised about saint days at checkin so arrangements can be made ahead. Totally useless to be told on the day that nothing at all is open - which turned out to be incorrect info anyway! We won't be back.
Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, and with good service. Breakfast was excellent, and the location great.
The facilities are a bit dated. We felt that the price was a bit high for the value.
